My favorite Classic Comics Thread is Confessor's - The Adventures of Tintin: Reviews by Confessor; I did not know that these books existed and I was curious of how many people visited it and started chiming in on the 3rd or 4th pages and got hooked on Herge's work and ended up buying 8 books and three more on it's way. His pictures and the way he loves his Herge's work and keep it real and simple for me was a joy to me.
I truly enjoyed this thread immensely.

I nominate shax's Teen Titans review thread. The series runs the gamut from the ridiculous to the sublime, and Our Fearless Leader's issue-by-issue analysis reflects and celebrates that.
Cei-U! I summon the sidekick showcase!

I nominate Slam Bradley Reads The Marvel Universe. Anyone that voluntarily reads issue after issue of Larry Leiber scripts not only deserves a Jamie Award, he also deserves a Purple Heart

I'll second Captain America in the Marvel Age by the Captain.
I'll nominate the Annotated Savage Sword of Conan by Roquefort Raider. Though it has been finished since January or December, I was reading it avidly and really enjoying it all through last year. The level of scholarship and readability that RR brought to that thread -- along with some very pretty pictures -- make it one of the best review threads these forums have ever seen IMO.

I'll second the SSOC thread, which absolutely deserves to be published as a book. Dark Horse has the license now, maybe they'd be interested, or maybe they'd give permission for TwoMorrows to do it.
And I'd like to nominate the "Other Guys - non-DC & Marvel" review thread. I learned a hell of a lot about some great comics that I missed in the decades that I was away from the hobby.

I have to nominate Cody Starbuck's Tarzan reviews, which are a paean to Joe Kubert's superb run on this comic (what else could they be?), but are also perceptive and fun to read, much like his Kirby Fourth World and Kamandi reviews. Could have nominated those, too, but... Kubert. Thanks, Cody!
