My plan moving forward is twofold. I need to better diagnose the problem. I may use this thread to make a bunch of nonsense posts and try to determine when the problem occurs for me and when it doesn't.

Second thing is I need to figure out if this is happening to anybody else. If it's just me, then that's weird. So please speak up everybody else if you ever find your formatting magically change to HTML code.
