One year into DC's Rebirth. What are your thoughts & what's still on your list? What do hope to see in year two?
I was very excited after the special. I tried most of the solo titles. The Superman titles have been excellent. The Batman titles (except Nightwing) I have dropped. Wonder Woman was a mixed bag. The second tier heroes like Aquaman & Flash have been good but the third tier heroes like Blue Beetle have been mediocre. The title that surprised me the most that I have enjoyed has been Titans.
I am glad they are finally getting around to starting to reveal some of the secrets of Rebirth. Hoping to see the Justice Society & Shazam in year two.
Non DC stuff: still loving Archie Comics New Riverdale titles. LOVE Valiant's new X-O Manowar. Hope I can get back into Marvel after Secret Empire ends (I am enjoying ASM: RYV).

Still buying almost everything, even if I am behind on my reading of them.
I bought all in on Rebirth and haven't regretted it at all but I have a deep love for DC Comics that is rivalled by few things. I get the feels from the characters that I don't find in most other places.

Still reading Action, Superman, Titans, Wonder Woman (although that title is crossing over into being dropped territory). I really enjoyed the Rebirth Special and am looking forward to DC hopefully getting JSA and LSH back on track in year 2 (or whenever they are planning these titles).
For me, the best titles of Rebirth are Superman and Action.
I picked up a random issue of Aquaman and it was good, just didn't add it to my pull list.
Biggest surprise: Titans. I didn't think it would as good as it is and figured by now they would have switched artists 3 times and the stories would be a mess. Very pleasantly surprised!
Biggest disappointments: Supergirl, Justice League, and Superwoman
Considering dropping: Wonder Woman-it started off well enough and the year 1 arc was outstanding. The current story with Veronica Cale, Cheetah, Paradise Island being lost held my interest at first, but now it seems like it has gone on way too long--kind of like a mediocre celebrity on Dancing with the Stars that doesn't get voted off. Reading WW now just to see how the story is resolved-not out of enjoyment.
My favorite titles to read each month are the Archie titles. I am even buying the digests in the check out line at the grocery store again, haha!

I agree with these 3 points. Well said!
I will be dropping WW after #25 & replacing it with Mighty Thor with #20.
Hopefully Archie will maintain their quality with Waid overseeing the New Riverdale line.

I've been really enjoying the Superman Titles.. and get all 3 main ones (Action, Superman, and Supersons).. Superwoman was a hot mess, sadly.
New Super-Man has been awesome, a surprising gem I hope more people get behind before they cancel it,
Titans started out pretty weak, but it's really good now, glad I stuck with it. Nightwing's been great, and Batgirl decent (Those were really the only new 52 things I was reading)
JLA is a bust, though, and alot of the other stuff I tried didn't grab me.. still, that's more DC that I was reading before.
I seem to mostly be reading Waid at Marvel, though X-Men: Gold is going on my list for sure, and Thor continues to be solid. And Star Wars, those are still good... Poe Dameron's even growing on me. We'll see what happens after this 'event'.

Batgirl started out well but I dropped it not too long ago and I'll probably do the same with Birds of Prey.

I dropped Birds of Prey pretty much right away... I was annoyed it was Black Canary and Huntress, and not the version that had been in Bagirl a couple months before. Batgirl I'm on the fence atm.. it's definitely not as good as before, but still worth reading, IMO.

My Favorites are: Titans, Aquaman, and Trinity. On behalf of others here ... I also like Superman, Supergirl, and Batgirl. I have a friend that graciously lets me read these issues for free and I have to return them back to him for keeps. I used to read Wonder Woman, Justice League of America, and Superwoman.
My biggest frustrations were Justice League of America and Superwoman. I told my friends to stop sending me these two issues and sadly to say this I'm losing interest in Supergirl.

For the second year I really hope they do a Captain Marvel book, for the life of me I can't figure out why we still don't have one yet.

Rebirth - Superman and Action Comics have been the most surprising and entertaining. The addition of Jon Kent has energized the characters immensely. Super Sons has been equally fun as well. Flash has been remarkably consistent. Deathstroke has been more interesting than first thought. Titans has been wonderfully refreshing in an old-school type of way.
I was reading both Green Lantern titles at one point but budget constraints have pushed them to the wayside for the moment. Justice League has been hit-or-miss for me but props to Hitch for the attempt at epic level threats for the team.
I hope they proceed more with the revival of the LSH though. These teases with poor Imra locked up in Arkham have gone on long enough.
Marvel - huge supporter of the X-line relaunch, which they are currently about halfway through. This is the most optimistic the line and characters have been in quite some time and it shows both in the books and in the creative teams.
Amazing Spider-Man remains decent, especially after the dark Clone Conspiracy event. Renew Your Vows is an impressive throwback title which I will have to get in trade though (for it fell under the same budget woes as the GL books).
Daredevil remains good.
Mighty Thor and it's ancillary books have been fantastic. Aaron continues to craft his Thor magnum opus while Dautermann has been a hidden gem of a find.
Avengers by Waid has been o-kay but I'm having trouble with Mundo's art. It just seems too experimental for this type of main title.
Invincible Iron Man.......I want to see Riri handled by other writers for a more complete perception of her character. Bendis' singular focus on dialogue and snappy exchanges has been and is distracting.
Other - Lazarus is back and it's like it never left. The upcoming mini-series sounds great. Usagi Yojimbo remains on hiatus at the moment. Mage the Hero Denied is already on my list and looking forward to that GREATLY. As I am the upcoming new Robotech title from Titan supposedly by Brian Woods.

As far as what I want out of Rebirth Year Two, I will echo the desire for the return of the JSA, the Legion and Captain Marvel. And I want Tim Drake back, instead of being locked away as Mr. Oz's prisoner, even if it's big part of the Rebirth long game.
