I'd like to nominate Prince Hal's Shakespeare and Comics. It turns out that two of Hal's favourite topics aretwo of mine as well. It's fun to see how the works of Shakespeare have fertilized the world of comics. And here I thought that even in Nerd Heaven, I would be alone in my corner. Thanks, foxley! |

I'd like to nominate Icctrombone's Homage Covers and Artwork (don't call 'em swipes) thread. It's a fun, and for me illuminating, potpourri of homages, swipes, and interesting comic book art in general. I love the mix of old and new covers & art and I always look forward to seeing what Icc, Prince Hal , Phil Maurice , and many other CCF contributors will post here. EDIT: guess I was too late with this--sorry--and there was not sufficient time left for a second. Well, theHomage thread is still great! |
