Not a book I would have expected to see, but it sounds intriguing.

I didn't pick up the last PotA comic because the art really turned me off but I really like Fernando Dagnino and Seeley is great on Grayson so I'll be getting this.

I just don't know if i have the stamina for another soulless gimmick crossover... The writers on this one are actually pretty good, but yeah these types of cross-overs can try your soul. -M

I just don't know if i have the stamina for another soulless gimmick crossover... I'm hoping for something decent, I really liked Grayson so hopefully Seeley can do good on this too.

I did the same but I'm optimistic, the art on the Star Trek one was bad from the get go so I never tried it but from the small preview I almost got a Russ Manning look to it which is awesome. Yes, but what deters me more is that Boom! Is looking for mindless fanservice with their crossovers. I love POTA for its intelligence and imagination. I'm not looking for movie quotes and shameless nods.

I'm not looking for movie quotes and shameless nods. They don't have a great track record, I've dropped nearly every Boom! title I've picked up but I've found if the creative team is good I generally enjoy it. I don't know if it will be the most thought provoking but the art should look good, and Tim Seeley writes good action so the pacing should be fun at least.

Well Dark Horse is involved as well, as they have the current rights to Tarzan print comics, and they are generally pretty good with their licensed books and licensed cross-over series too.
