Bit of a mixed week - 3 good days cycling (total around 90 miles) and being way under calorie limit as a result, 2 days of not eating terribly well culminates in this morning being 189.4 - a new several month low, but still achingly slow progress.

I weighed in at 199 this morning, no doubt from the water loss of working in the extreme heat the last 2 days.

I made a pit stop at my gym this morning and did a half a mile on the treadmill, did weights, and stationary bike for the first time in two weeks. My weight is up to 255 - gain 10 pounds in two months and not happy about it.

im' sure I'm up. . . after Dragon*con and 2 1/2 weeks in Japan, and not back on plan since?
but haven't done a weigh in on home scale yet.
planned to start back on exercise program today, but will have to wait a few days due to work commitments. . and still trying to catch up from my trip.
not helping that the Holidays are coming up too!
I did go for a physical last Thurs, and at the Dr. office i was 201. . but I always weigh heavy there. Still, won't surprise me if I'm up 10-15lbs since before Dragon*con.
oh well.. I can get back on plan.

Not going at all well at the moment. Illness and crap weather has limited my cycling, while nothing at all has limited my eating. Hit 199 yesterday, and saw a photo of myself from Halloween which was more frightening than any of the beasties and ghosties - looked like a sack of spuds with legs.
First step is to get the self-destructive eating under control, and if I ever shift this lung-wracking cough, to get back on the bike for the winter

I finally got down to 199 after quite a while being around 203- 207. Looking to reach 190 by Christmas.

I'm down to 251 ... loss of 4 pounds since November 4th; since Thanksgiving right around the corner I'm pretty sure that I'll be up to 253 by then. Workout from 4:45 to 5:15 this morning. 30 minutes altogether.

Just came back from vacation and gained my usual 5 pounds. Down to 204 since Tuesday.

OK.. I NEED to get back on the wagon. . I'm sure I've put on a lot (probably 25-30 lbs). but I've had a hard time getting motivated - super stressed out from work, and other stuff going on, and I've gone right back to bad old habits. but today I made some plans for a big vacation in December. .. and I have Dragon*con coming up in August. So that's motivation to get back into "roller-coaster" riding shape. i start exercising again on Monday!

ok.. ramping back up, and starting back on plan.
as I got way off track and put back on ~30lbs.
when your weight is the date? (218), time to get accountable.
so starting back on food plan as of today, with goal of 190 by the time Vacation trips roll around (Carowinds in June is likely too close to hit, but 4 months SHOULD be enough time to at least drop 20 lbs, and be back under 200 for Copperhead strike!).
