Bad News, I just had a Coaches Only Meeting this morning over a cup of Coffee at my local Starbucks and my team is declared Co-Champions with the Whalers of winning the most games in our respective divisions and our Playoffs is cut short due to other commitments that I've no control of. I'll weigh myself on Friday every other week to track my progress. I'll check in on December 1st and proceed from there.
No Water Polo until March 2018 where I play on another league that's tougher than the one that I just finished this morning - abruptly.

I made it into December under 190. I am also 176 days under 200 pounds.

After a short workout, I weighed 247 pounds a lost of 2 pounds last time that I reported and lost 8 pounds in a month.

That's the most you've lost since you've joined this thread. Good Job ! Water Polo did that for me ... and I'm swimming every other day about 2 miles to stay in shape. And, I do Bike and Weights to do the rest and do abs crunches too.

I'll unable to weigh myself until the 2nd week of January - the Gym that I go (with a swimming pool) to is on a 4 weeks remodeling and they are draining the pool during that timeframe and my next league will start in mid-February so I weighed myself at the Gym today and still at 247 and holding firm.

tough year, and I"m completely off the wagon. . not exercising for almost 2 months at this point, and eating terrible (back to occasional fast food, soda, and sweets). I've put back on probably 20lbs at this point. but i've resigned myself to it, and will start "fresh" wit the exercise on 1/1.. meanwhile trying to curb my bad eating habits back for the next two weeks. at the end of the day, I'm still ~50lbs down from where I started, and since I'm not getting on the scale, maybe I havne't gained back the 20 (or more) I think I have. . but things have gotten tight/don't fit. . so yeah, i've put some weight back on just gonna start again in the new year and try to stick with it. (and hopefully will use this thread again for support).

I havent trained for quite a while now. I have just been to stressed out from work. Like others I am planning to start fresh come January. I simply dont have the energy to do it before hand. In the next two weeks I have a trip to Norway to celebrate Christmas with my family coming up, and right after that on december 28 is my 30th birthday so its a couple of weeks full full of celebration and family stuff.

Weighed in at 191.8 this morning. That makes 199 day that I'm under 200 pounds. I haven't been sticking to a strict way of eating but I find I'm only eating twice a day. Maybe I'm naturally not gorging myself like I used to, at any rate I can't remember the last December where I was under 200. I stand at a 26 pound loss since April.

New year, new start. After the 7 week thing turned into a bit of a fiasco, now that most of the Xmas chocolate and general crap has gone, and it's time to get serious. Current weight 182.2, first target is to get under 170.
Let's get this party* started!
(* pretty much the opposite of a party, to be honest)

I'm officially trying to get back on healthy eating. . tho way too freaking cold to start exercising again yet.
will weigh myself next week to get a "restart" weight. .tho I have a feeling I'm close to 200 again, if not over it.

After a long few weekends of parting and eating fake food I was able to recover in the last few days. I weighed in at 190.4 this morning. It's time to continue my journey to 175. Welcome back to the fight everyone .
