The Hall of Evil(The Universe of Evil)…

“What are you doing here, gypsy?” demanded the evil version of Wonder Woman as she raced up to the evil Lilith, grabbed her by the back of the neck and held her razor-sharp tiara to her throat. “Tell me or I’ll spill your black blood all over the place!”





“Go ahead and kill me you Amazon wench but then you’ll never find out what I know and you’ll surely meet your end before you can fly back to Agony Island!”





“Let her go, Diana!” ordered Robin as he stepped forward. Wonder Woman knew that the leader of the Super Fiends meant business and released the red-headed vampire-gypsy. “Spill it, Lilith or you’ll go into the cauldron with the Sportsmaster.”





“Oh, Richard, always the knight in tarnished armor, aren’t you?” teased the psychic. “Don’t tell me you’re not fond of our days in the Teen Terrors? Never-the-less, I’ll tell you why I’m here,” she said, pausing for a moment. “Those abominable heroes that put us all in prison several years ago have returned to our universe with that traitor, Wonder Girl in tow.”

“Druscilla is with them?” Wonder Woman said, anxiously. “When I get my hands on her, I’ll rip the Belt of Beauty off of her and crush her already crippled frame!”

“I hate to tell you this, Wondy, but someone already beat you to crushing Druscilla, at least mentally,” revealed the red-headed strip club owner. “I sense that the Ares from the Universe of Good has turned her into his own personal weapon known as the Silver Swan. While in this form, the Belt of Beauty is not accessible to anyone. Those heroes are here to find a way to turn her back to normal but I can’t quite determine what exactly they’re after BUT not all of the same six we fought have returned. Four of them are back with four others, not including Wonder-Cripple.”

“I told you this would happen,” gloated the Sportsmaster. “They’re obviously here to clean up your trash along with helping Wonder Girl.”

“Shut up, Sportsmaster!” bellowed Robin. “Or I’ll let Gleek here, eat you alive just like he did the Plunder Twins!”

“So, they’ve brought reinforcements with them this time?” the evil Superman commented, looking at Robin as if he already knew the crime lord of Gotham City’s next move.





“Aquaman - summon the special guest-stars – ALL of them!” instructed Robin. “This time, it will be those idiotic heroes who will be the ones who are outnumbered.” Robin then turned to his partner, “Quick Batman – to the Robin-mobile. We’ll head back to the Robin’s-nest and load up our utility-belts with just about every deadly weapon we have!”

About an hour later, deep in the jungles of South America – Earth E-vil…

“Where in the heck are we?” asked a bewildered Sargona.





“It appears that we’re in some dense jungle,” surmised Green Lantern.





“This looks like the Amazon Jungle to me,” concluded the Huntress as she briefly examined a nearby tree full of acai berries.





“I would have to agree with the Huntress,” Champion said as she took to the air with the unconscious Wonder Girl in her arms, to further survey the group’s surroundings.





“Hmm….I seriously doubt we’re going to find the Greek deity of war…..I mean, peace, here,” noted Sargona as she smacked a large flying bug off of her shoulder. “Ick…”

“I can create a jet for us to travel to Greece,” offered Green Lantern. “That may be the best place to start looking for Ares.”

“There’s no need for that, Green Lantern,” Champion said, landing back on the ground. “I brought the Invisible Jet with me,” she revealed as she pulled a translucent disc of Lansinar from her pocket which morphed into her famous plane.

“That has got to be the most convenient mode of travel ever…..” remarked an astonished Sargona. “A jet you can carry in your pocket………beats my flying carpet any day. Sorry, Dan…” she said, smiling at the man who had given her the high-quality rug.

“We need to stay on top of our game at all times here,” advised the Huntress. “Evil has much better odds of winning here just like they do in the Syndicate of Terror’s universe.” Before the heroes could board the plane, the Huntress heard a slight rattling within the vegetation nearby and shouted, “Wait! Did you hear that?”

“Yeah but jungles are filled with animals. It was probably just a toad or something looking for it’s lunch,” Sargona said, not overly concerned.

All of a sudden, a rhino came charging out of the foliage. Champion quickly set Wonder Girl on the ground and raced towards the raging beast, grabbed it by the horn and one of it’s shoulders only to find the rhino still struggling as if it were very angry.

“Hang on Champion, I’ll take care of him,” Green Lantern said, as his ring lit up, but before he could act, he found himself swarmed by dozens of yellow wasps. The wasps began stinging him left and right, their yellow hue neutralizing anything he tried creating to stop them with his ring. “ARRRGHHHH!!!!” The large amount of bee venom flowing through his veins instantly paralyzed all of his muscles. Then, without warning, a golden-tipped spear impaled the emerald crusader through the right side of his body. Between the bee venom coursing through his veins and the shock of the spear piercing his body, Daniel Jordan went into shock and passed out.

“Lantern!” cried out Sargona as she rushed to help her ex-boyfriend with the Huntress in tow. Before the two heroines could reach their teammate, they found themselves in complete darkness!

“What in the world?” exclaimed the daughter of Sargon the Sorcerer and Zatanna. The Huntress remained silent, waiting for their attacker to make his or her next move so she could counter-attack.

“Can’t see anything to touch with my ruby….” Whispered the raven-haired mystic. She then began thinking of a backwards spell to neutralize the darkness but suddenly felt a strong jab to her throat, leaving her unable to speak.

The Huntress, not wanting to be on the defensive, pulled her night-vision goggles from her utility-belt but upon donning them, found they didn’t help her to see at all! “Something is very wrong here,” she thought to herself. Just then, a punch came to the side of her face, then her stomach, and finally, her right shoulder. Luckily, the daughter of the Batman and Catwoman had trained herself to fight in total darkness and quickly retaliated with several martial arts moves but her assailant seemed to know her every move before she could make it and dodged each of her blows. Things got even stranger when the Huntress realized that she could not hear or smell her prey either. The only sense that that was not failing her was her sense of touch. The attacker decided to turn the two dark-haired Titans against each other and shoved the muted Sargona into the Huntress, tricking her into attacking her silent teammate, taking her out within less than a minute. The vigilante from Gotham City then heard, “Thank you, amiga. As gratitude, I will take you down rapido!” The attacker swung a large tree branch into Helena Wayne’s head, knocking her unconscious instantly.

Meanwhile, Champion had found herself the target of other large animals. An elephant had charged her, ramming her through several trees while a jaguar had jumped her, leaving her to wrestle with the vicious feline who was trying to bite her throat. “I sense something or someone is provoking all of you therefore I will go easy on you,” hollered Champion as she threw the jaguar into a nearby river. Before she could get her bearings, the rhino charged her again, knocking her over, face-forward. Her back was a bloody mess and one of her ribs was cracked. As she struggled to pick herself up, she noticed the elephant was standing over her, one of it’s forefeet raised above her head. Without delay, the large beast stomped on her head, repeatedly until she was knocked out.

Seconds later, a man and a woman gathered around the fallen heroes. “Muy Bien, Rima. Your slaves from the jungle took good care of the Green Lantern and the Wonder Woman clone.”





“And your mental powers made short work of the Bat-woman and the sorceress, El Diablo,” replied the evil Rima as she noticed the Invisible Jet morphing back into a translucent disc. She picked up the disc as she said, “I bet Wonder Witch will give us a bonus for bringing this along!”

Tokyo, Japan…

Half-way across the Globe of Evil, the other four Titans of Justice appeared in the heart of the crowded Japanese city.

“Are we in Beijing?” asked Sonic Boom as she began to take in her surroundings.





“This looks more like Tokyo,” mentioned the Flash as he confirmed the team’s location via a quick locate of the nearby U.S. Embassy.





“It looks like just the four of us made it here,” said Black Vulcan as a giant TV screen on the building in front of her caught her eye.





“I think the first thing we should do is try to find Champion and the others,” advised Power Guy.





“Hhhhhhhmmmphh……great,” grumbled Sonic Boom, under her breath.

With his super-hearing, Power Guy knew his blonde teammate was upset about something. “What’s troubling you, Black Canary?”

“I forgot you could hear me whisper. I suppose there’s no use in me hiding it but I can’t say that I’m happy that Green Lantern ended up with Sargona instead of me.”

“Try to calm down. They know what’s at stake here. I’m sure they’ll keep things professional,” offered the Kryptonian powerhouse.

“I know Lantern will but I’m not so sure about our resident magician,” revealed the martial arts combatant. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t be saying this to you. It’s just that, well you know, the last time we were here, things were very stressful for all of us. I would just hate to see Lantern encounter anything without me being there to help him through it.”

“Well, that was certainly a very p.c. way of saying you hope Sargona won’t use any tense situations to try and get her hooks back into Green Lantern,” said Power Guy, calling out his teammate.

“You know, PeeGee, you and I both know you don’t have telepathy so let’s all just take my words at face-value, shall we?” smiled the sister of Dark Arrow.

“Sargona and I are a couple now. I have the utmost confidence she would not cheat on me,” affirmed the man also known as Vince Starr.

The Flash interrupted his teammates conversation by pointing out, “The wind seems to be picking up a great deal. I think a storm is coming….”

Gale-force winds began whipping everything in the area around, People, cars, even rooftops were being tossed around like rag dolls. Power Guy and the other Titans moved to help the civilians only to be met head-on by the strong winds, as the source of the disturbance became clear. Four auxiliary members of the Super Fiends descended from the sky: Samurai, Hawkwoman, Hawkboy, and Cyborg.

“You guys didn’t mention that there were evil versions of these guys here,” Black Vulcan grumbled as her fists crackled with electricity, preparing for battle.

“We didn’t know. Last time we were here, we only encountered six of them and presumed that was their entire team,” explained Sonic Boom.

“Maybe they did some recruiting since your last trip?” proposed the Flash as he streaked towards Samurai, his right fist cocked until the Asian assassin uttered “Ko-may ningan!” and disappeared before his eyes. “He vanished! I’d better pick up my speed until I’m moving so fast that he won’t be able to see me so that we’re on equal ground here!” The Flash then became interrupted when another of the four evil Super Fiends called out to him.





“Stop worrying about Samurai and start worrying about me, Flash!” threatened Hawkboy as he loomed over the Scarlet Speedster. “Your speed is useless in the absence of gravity!” using his Claw of Horus, he instantly nullified the gravity in the area surrounding the Flash, causing him to float skyward. Hawkman swooped in towards his prey only to be hit by a small windstorm caused by the Flash swirling his arms about.





“You think without gravity that I’m helpless? Think again bird-brain!” challenged the son of Barry Allen.

The wind began pushing Hawkman further and further away from his prey. Becoming angry, he shouted, “I think I liked you better on the ground!” as he deactivated his control of gravity surrounding the Flash. By this time, the Flash was almost two miles high in the air and began plummeting rapidly. Using his ability increase his internal vibrations, he braced himself for impact.


BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!!


The Flash hit the ground like a boulder and was knocked unconscious. His super-speed vibrations had saved his life but he would wake up very sore bearing several bruises.

After witnessing the Flash’s defeat, the seriousness of the situation hit Black Vulcan like a ton of bricks. “These fools aren’t playing around. That Hawk-guy took the Flash out without much of an effort!” she thought to herself as she was being chased through the air by the deadly Samurai. “This should buy me some time.” She quickly discharged a spree of lightning that blinded the Asian assassin. She then looked down to see Sonic Boom surrounded by nearly a dozen birds that Hawkwoman had summoned to aid her.

Sonic Boom looked up at her adversary, smirked, and said “You were stupid to call in these hawks to help you. I’ve got a bird call of my own they’re sure not to like!” She then inhaled deeply, ready to release here Sonic Scream. As she exhaled she noticed that her larynx wasn’t vibrating and that her vocal intensity was not surpassing that of a normal human. “Not again!!! This d**n universe stole my scream just like last time when I first arrived here!” The hawks dove in for the kill ready to rip Sonic Boom to shreds but at the last possible second, were electrocuted by Black Vulcan.

“You’re a life-saver!” cheered the woman also known as Di Di Queen to her teammate.

“Now to take care of ‘Big Bird’ here,” vowed Black Vulcan as she landed on the ground, her right fist lighting up with energy.

“I don’t think so,” countered Hawkwoman as she threw her Nth Metal Mace at the daughter of Black Lightning. The mace hit the ground in front of Black Vulcan and began absorbing her electrical energy.





“My mace can conduct electricity, you slut!”

“Good, now that you’ve lost your pets and your weapon, it’s just you and me now!” declared Sonic Boom as she leaped into the air and karate-kicked the winged villainess in the face.

As Hawkwoman wiped the blood pouring from her lip she said, “Oh, this is a treat! Finally another woman besides Wonder Witch that can actually fight!” She then retaliated by side-kicking Sonic Boom’s legs out from under her, causing her to fall down.

Hawkwoman jumped on top of her prey and started strangling her.

“This is going to hurt,” Sonic Boom thought to herself right before she head-butted her adversary, which knocked Hawkwoman off of her, leaving the Thanagarian killer stunned. Sonic Boom then picked up Hawkwoman’s mace and said, “Here, let me put this mace to some good use for once!” and promptly whacked Hawkwoman in the side of her head, sending her off to dreamland.

Without delay, Hawkboy came rushing into Sonic Boom’s back, tackling her to the ground. The situation got worse as Samurai(who had regained his sight) descended in front of Black Vulcan, angry as can be. Power Guy wanted to assist his two teammates but was locked in battle with Cyborg who had just immobilized him by activating his white-sound emitter.

“Ha! And they said you’d be as tough as Superman!” scoffed the evil version of Cyborg as he walked towards his enemy, whom he had forced to his knees with his white-sound generator. “I guess all of you Kryptonians aren’t made of the same stock!”





Power Guy’s eardrums were in agony. Much like if he were being attacked by Sonic Boom, he felt like his head was about to explode. As the half-man/half-machine edged closer, Power Guy knew it was only seconds before he would be done in. Using every ounce of strength he had left, Power Guy fired a blast of heat-vision at Cyborg’s sound emitter, turning it into molten metal. With the piercing sound gone, Power Guy recovered quickly and flew into Cyborg with the intensity of a tank!

A searing laser shot forth from Cyborg’s electronic eye as he tried to defend himself but it barely tickled the Metropolis Marvel as he ripped Cyborg’s metallic limbs from his body and then promptly crushed the robotic side of his face. The shock to Cyborg’s brain rendered him inert. Looking down at his fallen foe, Power Guy remarked, “The InJustice League would have been smarter to choose Hawk or Bumblebee to join their Super Fiends program with how easily I took you out.”

Meanwhile, Hawkboy was relentlessly punching Sonic Boom in the back of her head to which, she was growing quite annoyed with. A sudden back-flip released her from captivity and Hawkboy soon found the blonde bombshell had switched places with him and was holding him down on the ground. She pulled the Claw of Horus from his hand and activated it, increasing the gravity around Hawkboy by one hundred and fifty percent, technically freezing him solid. She then set the Claw on top of his chest and smirked before saying, “Now don’t go anywhere….”

In the air above, Black Vulcan had made her way into the clouds with Samurai right behind her.

“Foolish woman! It does not matter if we are on the ground or in the upper atmosphere! As long as there is air, you are at my mercy! Your pathetic electrical powers are no match for a force of nature!”

“Actually, it’s YOU who are at MY mercy, pal,” spat Black Vulcan, defiantly. “Some people that are as stupid as yourself think that I can only emit electricity but I can also control other sources of it. You see these clouds? They’re my cavalry.” The clouds began to turn black and began rumbling with thunder.

“Ha! You cannot hit what you cannot see!” scoffed the Asian assassin, as he turned invisible once more.

“Wrong again, Mr. Arrogant,” pointed out the daughter of Jefferson Pierce as lightning filled the area in all directions, several bolts striking the invisible Samurai, sending him crashing into the ground below. The woman also known as Celeste Pierce landed beside him and verified that he was out cold. She then went to revive the Flash.

“Nice work, ladies,” congratulated Power Guy as he and Sonic Boom dragged the four Super Fiends and threw them on top of one another.

“So, now that these guys are down for the count, what do we do next?” asked Black Vulcan as she helped the awaked Flash stand up.

“I’ve got an idea!” piped up Sonic Boom. “If the Flash can use his scientific skills to find and activate one of their Super Fiends signal devices, Power Guy can use his super-hearing to figure out where their headquarters is so that we take the rest of them out before they get a chance to nail us. Plus, if we find their version of Wonder Woman, she may be able to tell us where to find Ares.”

“You know, blondie, you’re a lot smarter than Sargona gives you credit for,” smiled Black Vulcan.

“And I won’t even tell her you said that,” replied Sonic Boom, innocently.

“Oh, no worries,” said Black Vulcan. “She knows that you and I have been friends since we were kids. She respects my friendship with you when she and I hang out.”

“Girls,” called out Power Guy. “Sonic Boom’s idea worked. I’ve determined where the Super Fiend’s headquarter is. They’re still operating out of the Hall of Evil in Metropolis.”

“What do we do with these guys?” asked the Flash.

“Hmm…..” began Sonic Boom. “Give me just a sec….” She walked over to Hawkboy and played around with the Claw of Horus once more. “There! I’ve turned up the gravity around all of them so none of them will be able to move a muscle.”

“Alright then. Let’s get moving to Metropolis!” urged Power Guy as he picked up Sonic Boom and soared into the sky.

Tales of the Titans Starring: Jem, Supergirl, and Wonder Man


Connor Trevor walked along the sidewalk to Scott and Jerrica’s
home—now, his home. His new friend from school, Katie walked with him. He really liked Katie, but did not want to get too involved with any of new classmates just yet.

“See you tomorrow, Connor!” she smiled, waving.

“See ya.” He smiled back. Connor activated the code at the gate and walked up the long driveway. He still could not believe all that happened to him. Beverly Hills was much different than Smallville, even Metropolis. He had enjoyed the past weeks with the Trevors who had made him feel right at home. He was happy with his choice for a fresh start and a chance to find out he was without being constantly reminded he was the product of the genetic make –up of Superman and Lex Luthor.





He walked up to the door and entered the mansion. Everything was quiet. He was used to hearing Steven playing or Jerrica playing music when he returned from school each day. He made his way to the kitchen to get a snack as well as seeing where everyone was.

“SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” came a chorus of voices. Connor stood wide-eyed. Above the kitchen was a huge banner that read Happy Birthday. Assembled were Scott, Jerrica, and Steven, Steve and Diana Trevor, Donna Troy, Lilith Clay, Tom Tressor, Clark, Lois, and Jenna Kent. Kimber Benton was present as well. Jerrica came running over and hugged the young man.

“What is this? It’s not my birthday….” He said.

“I know. Do you remember the first night you stayed with us? You told me you weren’t sure what day you were born. So, we decided in the spirit of fresh starts, you needed a day to celebrate. Connor, I hope this isn’t too much—“





“Too much? This is great!” Connor smiled, high fiving Scott.

The party soon was in full-swing. Connor visited with the Kents.

“I’m really happy for you Connor. I hear your doing well in school, even making new friends.” Lois smiled.





“I am, I’m very happy. I hope you guys are ok with me living here—I mean—“

Clark chimed in “Connor. You are practically grown. More than capable of making your own choices. I think you made a good decision. You know, I took off for a while and discovered who I was before moving to Metropolis. I wasn’t much older than you now.”





Jenna Kent aka the modern-age Supergirl put her arm around Connor. “You know, you are welcome anytime in Metropolis. I’d love to get to know you better. Dad has told me stories about the past. In a weird way, you’re my uncle!”





“Ha, I think I prefer cousin—since you’re older than me!” Connor smiled.

Across the room, Lilith and Tom Tressor chatted.

“I heard you recently had your powers augmented and that you are really diving into searching for your past.” Tom said.





“I am. I really haven’t done much with these new powers. The telekinesis is kind of tricky, but I’m getting the hang of it. In a way, I sort of feel like Connor. I just got divorced, new powers, and clues to my past. It’s sort of a fresh start.”





“Lilith, I have an offer for you—if you are interested.” Tom Smiled, sipping wine.

“Tell me more.” The pretty redhead smiled.

Scott and Donna chatted with Diana and Steve.

“Scott, I am so glad you and Jerrica are focusing on family. With your sister gone to that alternate dimension—oh, I don’t want to think about it!” the former Wonder Woman said.





“Now, Diana. You gave me more than my fair share of gray hairs with some of your exploits.” Steve replied.





Donna added, “But look at you both. You both came through just fine. I’m sure Mindy has it all under control. She’s done so well. Tom was telling me that her work at the IADC has been flawless.”





“I’m just glad we’re all getting along. I mean, we always were close but Mindy was so distant. Sometimes I felt like an only child.” Scott said, looking at his parents.

“This has been my dream, ever since I saw Steve the first time. A house full of family.” Diana smiled.

“How are you doing?” Kimber asked her sister as Steven played peek-a-boo with her.

“I’m ok. The doctor said I could try for another baby anytime I want. But, I am happy with Connor here and of course Steven. I feel like I am doing the right thing. He was so sad when he found out about Ma Kent. I think giving him a loving home and guidance is just he needed.”





Just then, Scott announced it was time for presents. Connor opened gifts and the final gift was a flat box from the Trevors. Jerrica clasped hands with Scott as Connor opened it. Inside was a set of keys and a certificate.

Connor read the certificate. “Adoption papers?”

Scott and Jerrica approached him.

“You have become a part of our family. Steven loves you and we do too.” Jerrica smiled.

“We talked to Clark and he is ok with us adopting you. You don’t have to call us Mom and Dad. We can be like your super cool aunt and uncle.” Scott added.

Connor was stunned he walked outside and saw a brand new car.

“Oh gosh, do you think we did the wrong thing?” Jerrica said.

Connor Trevor stood outside fighting back tears. “I don’t deserve this….I let Ma die….what if someone tries to hurt you guys….” He gasped as Jerrica and Scott approached him.

“Connor, we did this because we wanted to. If you aren’t cool with it, it’s fine. But we would love it if…if you are ok with us adopting you.” Jerrica said, touching his cheek.

Connor did not say a word. He hugged them both.

Regaining his composure, he said “Now, let me take this thing for a spin!”

Later that evening, Lilith told Donna about her new job with the IADC. “Evidently Tom is putting together a new team. A more proactive one. Donna, I think my powers could really help out. I mean, if I could pick some horrible plot up with my ESP and help stop it, wouldn’t that be great?”

“It would! Lilith, this sounds awesome. With the villains becoming scarier and even more inhuman, I think a proactive team is just what the world needs.”

Connor Trevor overheard the girls’ conversation. “If there was a team like that back then, maybe Ma would still be alive. I wonder……”

After the party, Connor talked to Scott and Jerrica about the conversation he overheard.

“Connor, if this is something you want, we’re behind you 100%. In fact, Tom is still in town if you want to talk to him.” Scott said.

Jerrica added, “After Steven was kidnapped and all that happened with Rio, I think a team that seeks out menaces before they start causing major trouble is a good idea. You have my support too."

Days later, Superboy met with Tom Tressor at IADC headquarters.

“Superboy, glad to have you on board. Just don’t call me Grand-dad, save that for Steve.”

“No worries, there, Tom. I’m finding out my new family is rather large.” Superboy smiled.





“Come with me. Your new ‘aunt’, Lilith is awaiting orientation too. I hope you realize, the Titans of Justice may not appreciate our methods, but the work will be doing is going to worth it.”

“I know it will be. I can’t wait to get started.” Superboy said. Silently, he said, “Ma, this is for you. Scott, Jerrica, and Steven….I’m going to do whatever it takes to keep you safe. ”
