Gotham City...
Sonic Boom stirred awake in the arms of Daniel Jordan. Her head felt like it had been hit by a sledge hammer. Her vision was still blurry but she was able to make out Daniel’s face and the empty space where Gotham Towers had stood until just minutes ago. “Lantern, wh......what happened?” she asked, still dazed a bit.
Daniel looked down at his former girlfriend, grief adorned his face. “I don’t know how to tell you this but the Huntress was on that building when it was blown up.”
“WHAT?!?!?!??!?!” the daughter of Oliver and Dinah Queen screamed in horror. “NO! NO!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” The Huntress had been her best friend for several years. The two had done just about everything together from shopping to cooking classes to fighting crime. There was no woman in the world that Di Di was closer to. “She’s............really d...d..dead?” Di Di asked as her eyes filled with tears.
“Calm down, Canary,” came the welcome voice of the Huntress. “I’m just fine......which is more than I can say for Bill Jensen.”
Blue Lantern and the new Black Canary looked upon their teammate with smiles of joy. The rest of the Titans Bill Jensen had attacked started coming to at this moment as the Huntress joined her friends.
“I’m so happy you’re ok!” exclaimed Sonic Boom as she embraced her best friend, tightly. “But what happened to Bill?”
“He’s no longer a threat to anyone anymore,” the Huntress answered, coldly.
“Did you........kill him” Sonic Boom asked, softly.
The Huntress hesitated for a minute before answering, “No, before I confronted him. I stopped by the TOJ transporter tube and borrowed a few parts. I rigged up a device so that when Bill stepped on it, he was transported in between the dimension that separates New Earth and Earth 2. He’s now trapped as a band of atoms in between my two worlds, incapable of hurting anyone ever again. No more Batmen will die at his hands ever again!”
“No Batman has ever died at his hands,” came a familiar voice.
The Huntress and the others turned to see Harbinger standing before them.
“Hello again, Titans of Justice,” greeted the former herald of the Monitor. “I’m sure you’re curious as to what I’m referring to, Huntress. Let me explain. After the recent Crisis, New Earth was reborn. On this world, another Bill Jensen was manufactured just like additional Supermen, Batmen, Wonder Women, etc. The Bill Jensen you fought tonight was not the same one that had killed your father on Earth 2 but an entirely separate man, although with similar intentions.”
“That’s why he had no idea what I was talking about when I condemned him for killing my father from Earth 2,” deduced the Huntress.
“That is correct,” confirmed Harbinger. “Besides being vastly intelligent, I would also like to commend you on your morals and values. It took a very strong woman to come up with a way to stop Mr. Jensen without killing him and you once again, exceeded all expectations and did just that. I can sense the rage and anger that fueled you earlier and I am quite impressed that you were able to put enough of your emotions aside to prevent yourself from making a mistake that would have haunted you for the rest of your life.” Harbinger paused for a moment and then concluded with, “Happy Birthday, Huntress. I bid you farewell for now!” she said as she phased out.
“What a night!” gasped the Huntress as she wrapped her arms around herself.
“There’s still a few hours of your birthday left, you know....” pointed out Power Guy with a smile on his face.
“Let’s all go out for drinks - my treat,” offered Knightvision. “You too, Arrow,” he said, trying to offer a truce to his long-time adversary.
“For the lovely lady in blue and purple, you bet!” confirmed Dark Arrow, taking Knightvision’s queue.

A small jungle in Western Africa...
A little, mischievous boy scampers through the jungle knowing well that he shouldn’t be here. He had been told never to journey to this part of the jungle under any circumstances. Today, he slipped past his caretaker’s eye, seemingly undetected.
The little boy looked around in amazement. This part of the jungle was astonishing, almost like that of a fantasy. So many plants and rocks he’d never seen before. One rock in particular caught his eye. It had writing on it but he was just learning to read so he couldn’t make out many of the words. Curiosity took hold of him and he reached for the rock right as his grandmother came running towards him.
“Jermaine! Get away from that rock!” screamed the elderly lady but curiosity had a firm hold on the little boy and he grabbed the rock. He couldn’t lift it up but he could move it to the right???
Suddenly, another large rock nearby moved along the ground.
The boy’s grandmother began screeching in horror, “Nooooo!!! What have you done?!?!?!”
A second later, a large, muscular woman arose from where the large rock had originally sat.
“Finally! I am free!” shouted the woman. “Now all shall kneel before Inzinga!!!”

A few hours later at the Hall of Justice...
“So how did your first duration of monitor duty go?” Black Vulcan asked, genuinely interested.
“Dull, boring, and uneventful,” replied Dreamsweeper. “The highlight of my evening was watching a news report stating the Penguin has turned anorexic. Ah well, there’s a new museum on Earth 2 that I want to check out so I’ll see you la....”
Just then, the modern age legacy of Wesley Dodds was interrupted by Elongated Lad and Hawk Warrior rushing into the room, headed for the teleporter tubes.
“Hey guys, where’s the fire?” asked Dreamsweeper.
“While I was watching the Trouble Alert for Black Vulcan, we got a distress call from Western Africa,” began the son of Ralph and Sue Dibny, “A super-powered strong-woman is demolishing a major city over there. They need help - FAST!”
“You know, that new museum can wait. Mind if I tag along?” asked Dreamsweeper.
“Not at all but we need to get moving - NOW!” Hawk Warrior said in an authoritative tone.

About ten minutes later in Africa...
The three members of the Titans of Justice had arrived on the scene and were astonished by the destruction all around. Inzinga had turned over many cars and trucks. put craters in several streets, and demolished a few buildings in her path.
“One woman did all of this? Was it Wonder Woman?” Elongated Lad asked his teammates, looking perplexed.
“Looks like we’re going to have a real fight on our hands,” noted Hawk Warrior, looking around for the woman who had caused this damage.
A few seconds later, several screams were heard from nearby. The Titans of Justice hurried towards the scene only to find Inzinga holding a small bus over her head/
“If Africa will not bow to Inzinga then I shall destroy it!” the former captive said as she threw the bus.
“That bus is filled with people!” Hawk Warrior exclaimed. taking to the air. He quickly grabbed on to the roof, “Argghhh......this thing is so heavy that my Nth Metal belt is barely able to help me support it. Got to set it down as fast as I can,” he said, straining his huge muscles to the max.
As Hawk Warrior lowered the bus to safety, Dreamsweeper and Elongated Lad were busy taking on the cause of all of this trouble.
The heir to the Sandman legacy took aim with his gas-gun in attempt to put the hulking, almost giantess to sleep. As the gas spewed outward from his gun, Inzinga took a deep breath and then promptly blew the gas backward.
“Your pathetic weapons cannot stop Inzinga!”
“Maybe you just need some good, ol’ fashioned lovin’!” teased Elongated Lad as he stretched his arms outward. ready to wrap them around Inzinga but before he could complete his task, the African warrior grabbed his arms and then proceeded to throw him into some electrical wires up above.
“EEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” screamed the stretchable sleuth as the electricity shot through his body until Hawk Warrior snapped the lines with his mace. He then flew himself and Elongate Lad over to Dreamsweeper.
“This Inzinga is quite powerful,” commented the man also known as Hector Hall. “Maybe even as strong as Olympia. Dreamsweeper - you follow her trail back to where she came from. Maybe it will give us an idea on how to stop her. Rick and I will keep her busy for a while,”
“I’m on it!” vowed the history fanatic as he dashed off.
Hawk Warrior then took back to the sky and then dove downward towards Inzinga. ready to strike. “Alright, lady! That’s about enough out of you!”
“I know that crest! Kufu!” presumed Inzinga looking at the Hawk-emblem on Hector’s chest.
“Close....I’m his son!” revealed Hawk Warrior. “But I’ll be happy to pick up my father’s tab if he owes you a take-down!”
“Ha! Come with it then!” taunted Inzinga. ready to fight once again.
Meanwhile, Dreamsweeper had followed Inzinga’s trail back to her former prison. The elderly woman who had tried to prevent this tragedy was laying on the ground, unconscious. Dreamsweeper rushed over to her and tried to wake her, “Ma’am, ma’am. wake up! Please let me know if you’re ok!”
A few seconds later. the woman came to although she was severely groggy. “Ohhh.....” sighed the woman, “Someone has to stop her...”
“You mean Inzinga?” asked Dreamsweeper.
“Y........yes,” confirmed the woman, “She must be put back....” and then without warning, the woman passed back out.
“Good grief! She fell back asleep! Looks like Hawk Warrior was smart to send me in this mission as my single super power may come in quite handy,” he said as he entered the woman’s mind thanks to her being asleep.
Once inside the woman’s thoughts, he saw how the woman’s grandson had set Inzinga free from her ages-old prison and realized there was only one way for he and his two teammates to stop the rampaging woman...
A few minutes later, Dreamsweeper caught up with Hawk Warrior and Elongated Lad who were both shaking off pain inflicted by another round of battle with Inzinga. “Thank God you’re both alive! Listen, I found a way to stop this crazy lady! Here’s what we have to do!
A short time later as Inzinga was continuing her rampage of destruction, Dreamsweeper appeared in front of her. “You again! Don’t you fools realize that you can’t stop me???”
“We’ll see about that!” countered Dreamsweeper as he aimed his gun at his opponent and fired away, this time releasing his wirepoon. He hit Inzinga in the throat and the suction-cup at the end of the line stuck to her like glue. Without hesitation. Dreamsweeper pulled his prey forward and as she staggered towards him. he pulled out his gas-gun and stuck it in her mouth, releasing it’s full contents.
The large woman was forced to inhale the sleep-gas and began to become tired and weak. Elongated Lad then took his queue and wrapped himself around two nearby light-poles in a slingshot shape. He then grabbed hold of the now groggy Inzinga and launched her into the air towards her former prison.
Hawk Warrior then came swooping down and put on the finishing touch with a powerful blow from his mace which sent Inzinga flying right into her former prison. He then landed on the ground and pushed the rock-switch, sealing Inzinga in until he and his team could figure out a more permanent solution for her.

Later at the Hall of Justice...
“Congratulations, Kurt,” complimented Hawk Warrior. “Without your special power and quick thinking, we might still be battling Inzinga right now but thanks to you, she’s locked away in Belle Reve.
“Did you just say Inzinga?” Olympia asked as she entered the room.
“If you guys took her down, that was quite a feat,” advised the former Wonder Girl. “My mother told me about her a long time ago. She was short-time queen of Nubia’s tribe who was given great power by a dark African goddess. This power drove her power-hungry until she was stopped and put into a secret prison somewhere deep in one of the African jungles. During her reign of terror, she fought my mother and your father,” Olympia said, looking into Hawk Warrior’s eyes.
“Well, that explains it,” concluded Hawk Warrior.
“What a day! I’m so ready for that museum now,” sighed Dreamsweeper as he walked towards the teleporter tube slowly.
