Very interesting and broad topic. Enjoyed reading others' responses while I tried to calculate my own. Here goes:
Movie: Probably Dirty Harry. It was the first VHS movie my father bought in 1980. It was $79.99 (!) so it was the only movie we owned for a while. Still re-watch it at every opportunity and own the soundtrack!
Comic Book: Marvel Team-Up #70. It's the comic I've owned the longest. Had a subscription and received it new in the mail. It's pretty beat up now, which is a good indication. Great comic!
Song: A little more scientific. According to my iPod, Close to the Edge by Yes has the most listens (since 2008).

But if I had to guess I would say Stairway To Heaven by Led Zep Heh. Looking at my iPod, I see I have 13 versions of Stairway (12 by Led Zep and 1 by Dread Zep). I mostly just skip it when it comes on any more. The solo can be pretty tight in some of the live versions, but on the whole it's an awfully slight and silly tune IMHO.

I used to listen to a lot of Yes, not so much anymore, but when I do that's the lp that gets the play. -M PS love the Dread Zeppelin-reggae versions of Zep songs with an Elvis impersonator fronting them-how can you go wrong there?

Movie : no contest, The empire strikes back. My kids watched our cassette non-stop (I kid you not, it was at least once every day) from 1996 to 1999.
Comic-book : I must make an educated guess and go for Conan the barbarian #24. Could also be Savage Tales #2-3.
Song : Probably some Christmas song. The Christmas season really skews the tally.
Book : By a quirk of tradition, it it Henri Vernes "les monstres de l'espace" (the monsters from space). I used to read that every year at Easter time, even if it has nothing to do with Easter. There aren't that many books I read five times or more!

Movie: Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country. IMO the best ST movie.
Comic Book: Batman/Capt America by John Byrne. Beats out Superman/Hulk by a slim margin.
Song: More Than A Feeling by Boston. Hearing this song transports me back to a great time in my life.
Book: Song of Albion Trilogy by Stephen Lawhead. Based on Celtic mythology by an under rated writer. He has written several of my favorite series on King Arthur (5 book Pendragon Cycle) & Robin Hood (King Raven Trilogy). All 3 series I would highly recommend.

Song: A little more scientific. According to my iPod, Close to the Edge by Yes has the most listens (since 2008). I've always been more of an album than a song guy and this would be one of my own "most-listened-to" as well - not so much in recent years but over-all.

Movie: has to be The Lion King, I saw it repeatedly as a child, but I haven't seen it in full in many years. Like Chris, I'm more likely to watch a variety of movies.
Comic book: Transformers #59 'Skin Deep', in which a revived Grimlock, Jazz, and Bumblebee take on Megatron and his Micromaster flunkies. It features a great sequence in which Ratchet explains to Megatron how he sabotaged the Decepticon commander's scheme. It was also quite emotional for a Transformers story.
Song: 'The Edge of Heaven' by Wham!. Cheesy 80s pop, I know, but I'm a big George Michael fan and have always had a soft spot for Wham!. So when my aunt bought a greatest hits CD from Wham! for me, I had it on repeat.

Except for movie, most of these are very difficult for me to really answer accurately
Movie: Star Wars
Comic Book: maybe Justice League of America #200??
Song: Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mode
Book: The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings maybe The Complete Sherlock Holmes or Pride and Prejudice or Great Expectations or The Count of Monte Cristo
Edited. How could I forget the Tolkien stuff??

Hm, this is challenging.
Movie(s): There are four movies that anytime I come across them, I stop to watch them regardless for I never ever tire of doing so. They are: Casablanca, The Searchers, North by Northwest and 13th Warrior. Kingdom of Heaven is a close fifth thanks to the wife.
In fact, recently during Super Bowl 51, TCM was showing Casablanca so watched that instead of that bum Brady winning. Much more satisfying.
Comic(s): a tie between Iron Man #200, Thor #350, and Avengers Annual #10
Song(s): This is tough. Wish You Were Here by Floyd has a lot of emotional memories for me.
Novels(s): The Dark Tower series by Stephen King, which I just recently started re-reading yet again.

Movie: Star Wars (A New Hope)
Comic: ASM #121/122
Song: Creeping Death - Metallica
Boring choices I suppose... but all are classics that just have to be returned to.
