I've found this to be true of sodas as well. After switching to either diet sodas or Crystal Lite drink mixes some years ago, I more recently tried an old favorite, Tahitian Treat (basically carbonated fruit punch). It was so ridiculously sweet that I not only couldn't finish the bottle, but it made my teeth ache. It's probably because they changed the formula and added bananas to the fruit punch mix! -M Those bastards!!!

Five Breakfast Foods That Make Cereal Obsolete For Me 1. Sausage, egg & cheese on English muffin 2. Fried eggs (liquid yoke) w/toast w/o butter 3. Pancakes topped w/cottage cheese4. Breakfast burritos (esp egg, potato & refried beans) 5. Cream of Wheat and pretty much in that particular order of preference Pancakes with cottage cheese? Granted I'm not a fan of cottage cheese (I merely dislike it, as opposed to my epic hatred of the yellow, phallic, supposed "fruit"), but even if I did like it, that doesn't sound good. Though still not as bad as my brother who liked pancakes with peanut butter and ketchup.

To me, Cream of Wheat is cereal. I should have probably titled that "cold cereal". I like Cream of Wheat and Malt O Meal. But the traditional cereal with cold milk hasn't much appealed to me even at a young age. Five Breakfast Foods That Make Cereal Obsolete For Me 1. Sausage, egg & cheese on English muffin 2. I've always been a fan of cottage cheese and maybe that was a way to get me to eat some carbohydrates too. Though I don't remember specifically how those two things came together. She also tried me on peanut butter and bananas or apples. Neither of those stuck with me. Ugh, that sound gross. But ketchup I use very sparsely. Mostly if and when I eat fast food, and the particular place has bland fries. Otherwise it doesn't have much use to me. And with that ... Top 5 Condiments 1. Mustard (of almost any variety) 2. Dill Relish 3. Salsa Verde 4. Blue Cheese (I like to use the dressing as burger topping or appetizer dipping sauce as well as salads) 5. Sriracha Sauce

Usually with fries, sometimes on a fast food burger. Homemade burgers, pretty much never. But my wife and I have frequent disagreements when we have hot dogs or bratwurst. In my opinion, mustard is all that's necessary, or possibly some relish, sauerkraut, or onions if available. But never ketchup. That's just wrong. And then she douses hers with ketchup.

Best cereals from your childhood that they don't make anymore:1. Smurf Berry Crunch: Never cared for the show, but those flavors were amazing. 2. C-3POs: I honestly can't remember what this tasted like anymore, but I remember being crazy about the flavor back in the day. 3. Frosted Rice Krispies: Still around seasonally, but I want it all year! 4. Vanilla Cookie Crisp: 5. Morning Funnies: The cereal wasn't all that good, but the concept was certainly innovative, in which the back of the box opened up into a full three page cardboard comics section. Unfortunately, the comics on the box didn't change all that often, so at no point was this actually a viable alternative to the morning paper. Just a cool idea that didn't really work. 6. Batman Cereal: Surprisingly delicious for a licensed cereal that had no colors nor marshmallows. 7. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cereal: Really delicious, and I loved collecting those bowls. 8. Nintendo Cereal: I honestly don't remember if I ever ate this, but the box concept was really cool, in which you got two different cereals from two different sides of the box. I remember a Nerds cereal that later followed suite. 9. Dino Pebbles: Another one that was just REALLY delicious. Seems like this should be a Top 10, but I honestly have nothing else. What about you? Pac-Man was my fave. I also haven't seen Fruity Pebbles or Honey Nut Corn Flakes around in forever.

Well mayonnaise if by far the most foul eatable thing man has ever created. I'll take chitlins or tripe in hot sauce (bothe of which I've eaten before) over a huge hoagie slathered in mayonnaise, if I had to choose how not to starve.

I'm pretty sure my ketchup consumption is enough to bring the entire forum up to the national average.
