Aquaman's going to beat Namor to the Big Screen I think.

I agree. Namor isn't even in Phase 3 of Marvel's slate of films, but I expect it may be in Phase 4...especially if Aquaman does well.

I thought Namor was owned by another studio. Did Marvel get him back?

I thought Namor was owned by another studio. Did Marvel get him back? My guess is that with Namor technically being a mutant, his rights are with Fox.

There actually is no other studio with rights to Namor. It looks like it is all with Universal. No one has mentioned when the rights revert back to Marvel, though, but they said last year, no Namor movies for the next couple of years...not sure if that means the rights revert back to Marvel in a couple of years or Universal might jump into the Marvel Movie biz with Namor, but nothing slated. I always liked reading any comic he was in back in the 80's-90's.

I would think the rights would probably go to Fox if Universal has the rights now, since they have dibs on mutants (X-Men) and the FF characters.
