Was about to mention pudding on the meanwhile thread but thought that could generate pages of pudding talk I think we have a lot of puddingheads on our forum. So much to share, all different types, recipes, recommendations and such Mt current weakness-8 oz rice pudding cups that my supermarket sells for the fantastic price of 99 cents. With a sprinkling of cinnamon on top already included. There is one waiting for me tonight

I'll try pretty much any kind of pudding at least once. Except... well, you know.

I like all of the puddings mentioned so far but I'm not sure what Yorkshire pudding is even supposed to taste like.

I love most puddings, pretty much everything except bread pudding and rice pudding. For me, it's always more about texture than taste. My favorite is tapioca, followed by banana, butterscotch, chocolate and vanilla. Also a HUGE custard fan. My siblings and I have wonderful memories of our mother making homemade pudding, serving it fresh off the stove with a skin forming on top as it cooled (this was long before instant or pre-packaged). Sigh.
Cei-U! Now I want pudding, dammit!

I think this thread just edges out the Banana thread for most silly subject. I enjoy me some Flan.

Our cousins across the Atlantic also need to explain this "Blood Pudding" concoction too I've always wanted to try that. I think my local grocery has started selling it.
