The Inkwell Awards - "To Promote and Educate About the Art of Comic Book Inking" - have announced their 2015 nominees.

I had no trouble reaching the ballot with Chrome, so maybe they fixed that. The ballot is all about work done within the last year. Their two awards for "classic" inkers are chosen by the Award Committee, so we can't vote for these:

THE JOE SINNOTT HALL OF FAME AWARD
A lifetime achievement award for an inking career in
American comic books of outstanding accomplishment.
(25 years minimum, two winners chosen annually.)
Since 2013, the winners have been chosen by the
Inkwell Awards Hall of Fame Nomination Committee.
Two award recipients have been chosen and will be
announced at the annual awards ceremony at the
Heroes Convention on Friday, June 19, 2015.

Lastly, we’re pleased to announce a new lifetime achievement award:
THE SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARD (SRA)
for an inking career in American comic books of outstanding accomplishment
(25 years minimum, one chosen annually).
This award differs from the Joe Sinnott Hall of Fame award due to one or
more discerning factors related to the artist and his/her career, such as:
- limited career output inking themselves or few others, but impressionable/influential work;
- name recognition not as prevalent due to semi/full retirement or having passed away;
- not necessarily known for innovations or awards but for prodigious output and general industry respect;
- various hurdles limiting popular exposure due to gender, ethnicity or other challenges.
This designation is for the "underdog," the elite Elder, the gone and/or
neglected great; the artist whose name may not come immediately to
mind or may not be considered currently popular, nor likely to win a
Hall of Fame Award. This is also chosen internally by the organization. The
first award recipient will be proudly announced at:
Heroes Con, Friday, June 19.
