Some covers have been posted that I thought about but rejected because they did show snow, but did not meet the "Snow must be seen falling to count" rule...

 Hard to find a Conan cover where there's snow movement, as the rule suggested... there's plenty of snow covers do not where snow's falling or getting all blizzard-like. |
