“Your mace! What the heck is it made of?” he asked in shock. “Here, I’ll show you!” spat Nephthys as she whacked Alchemy Lad with her ancient weapon, knocking him off of his feet.

Great choice of Ultra-Humanite as the JSI starter villain. Ultra-Humanite hardly sees action in the mainstream DCU nowadays.

Sweet! They won!! <3 I love this, and I knew I didn't have to worry! They rocked! Great ending for the first part. It leaves it on a ominous cliff hanger and acts like the villain didn't actually lose. He totally won, because his plan worked. And, I think that's a really cool twist. Great job, this is so cool! <3
Favorite part: “Your mace! What the heck is it made of?” he asked in shock.
“Here, I’ll show you!” spat Nephthys as she whacked Alchemy Lad with her ancient weapon, knocking him off of his feet.
Also, when they got their bodies back to normal, I made a fist and and whispered "Yes!" and my class (class hadn't started, I promise!) looked at me funny, so I shrugged and responded: "What? They beat The Ultra-Humanite." And, this guy I've never talked to before and sits on the other side of class said: "YEAH!" and came over and high-fived me and it completely random and awesome and I hadn't even noticed he was wearing a Superman shirt, so it just made things so much cooler.

Your story is great for something: being awesome and bringing a community even more together. I mean, we read about heroes, we watch heroes. Stuff like that, but with this? With what you're doing, you've helped us be and create heroes. And that's an awesome thing to do. Not only that, we get to read about our creations and what they do. Not many people get a chance like that. At all. We are very lucky that you're doing this and it's amazing! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one to loves reading these and can't wait for more! So, thanks for this

I like that the JSI will feature the heirs of the original DCU Trinity.
