1032 books read makes this my lowest year since we first began. It's not the number that matters to me so much, mind you, as the fact that this leaves so many books in my collection that still remain unread. So many journeys still to take. At this rate, I have roughly three years worth of comics in my collection to read that I've not yet read.
Worse still, less comics read inevitably means less GOOD comics read. Far fewer highlights than in previous years.
Best comics read this year:
Life with Archie: The Married Life #1-35 Magnus, Robot fighter 4000 AD (re-read these) A Contract with God Elric of Melnibone (Russell and Thomas) Concrete Grendel: Devil by the Deed Harbinger (2012) Kings of Pain (X-Men crossover event)

Note: I'll leave this thread stickied for another day or so, giving folks time to enter their final tallies and reflections for the year.

Maybe 2015 will be the year.

I think that series could use a Library Edition of it's own.

Despite being the one to port this thread, I fell behind in my participation. I lost track while traveling Europe, and never quite caught back up.
I'll try to do better next year.
