I've always been intrigued by this character and the fact that Mac Raboy did the art, but have never read (the Dark Horse archives are easily obtainable though). Also have to throw my man Cracky into this:

I could pick an obvious choice like the Hulk or Green Lantern, but I’ll go with Moss Man instead: Moss Man rules!! One of my all-time favorite MOTU figures as well I know, right?! One thing's for sure, one of the nicest-smelling action figures on the market (LOL):

This will shock no one: Excluding some of the other picks in the thread, 2nd would probably be:

If we are talking green couture, it is His Majesty, Babar... If we are talking skin tone or other physical coloring, than it is this lady.....

If we are talking green couture, it is His Majesty, Babar... Awww...that just makes me happy. No clever comment to be made here, I'm taken instantly back to childhood in a perfect way. I must say overall though, everyone is posting awesome stuff...as the saying goes, this thread truly delivers!!

I must say overall though, everyone is posting awesome stuff...as the saying goes, this thread truly delivers!! Picture books were what turned me on to comics, more than superheroes: Curious George, Babar, Madeline, Dr Seuss, Robert McCloskey, Kate Burton and this ittle number, we got from Parents Magazine's own publishing imprint.... The King With Six Friends, by Jay Williams and Imero Gobbato. Imagine a medieval fantasy Justice League. One turns into an elephant, one becomes a serpent, one a tree, one becomes fire, one an axe and the 6th becomes a swarm of bees. The King is a deposed prince, who wanders around and meets each of the 6, getting them out of some predicament. they travel with him to another kingdom, where the King is searching for a suitable prince to marry his daughter and rule his kingdom, when he is gone. He was friendly with the Prince's father, but worries he will lose this kingdom and puts him through a series of challenges. each of the friends uses his ability to help the Prince win the challenge. The King approves the marriage and at the wedding feast, the senechal remarks to one of the friends that they did all of the work, what did the Prince do? the friend replies, "He led us." It is actually a great lesson in leadership. Gobbato's art is gorgeous.
