OK. I'm going to level with you here. I lost a bit of track of time, and didn't put the thought into this list I normally do. I've got 12 thrown together now, and will try to catch up. I wanted one slightly offbeat entry, so I didn't just have all Marvel villains. And I looked to Sandman. 12. Loki and PuckSandman #59, DC, 1994  For no special reason but mischief, they kidnapped a kid. Events led to events, and to the death of Dream. But who was the real mastermind here? |

#12 Dragon Fly, Silken Spider, and Tiger Moth in Batman #181 Created by Robert Kanigher and Sheldon Moldoff Now the fact that they didn't seem to have any special powers or abilities should have been a tip-off to me that these three weren't intended to be long-term characters. They have special powers...Hubba hubba |
