I got Sgt. Fury 34, 52, 107-108, 110 in the mail today. 34 and 52 are absolutely gorgeous. I think I've finally found the Ebay dealer that I like.
I had 52 as a kid, Triumph at Treblinka, and read it until it fell apart. It feels nice to have it back in my collection.

Been kind of busy the last week or so.
Thanks to our esteemed mrp, who gave me some suggestions on shops to visit when I was out his way last weekend to attend my niece's wedding, I picked up the following:
Conan the Barbarian #29 and Uncanny X-Men Annual #4, both fairly high grade (8.0), for $5.00 each. Spectacular Spider-Man #'s 134, 135, & 144, and Star Wars (Marvel) #'s 99 and 102 for $1 each.
At my usual LCS, I picked up Conan the Barbarian #'s 81 and 112 for $1 each.
At another LCS in the area, I picked up Conan the Barbarian #'s 61, 64, 66, 69, 70, 72, 74, 79, 86, 90, 96 & 97 for $1 each.

Well... except for 1-24 and 275.

Picked these up for a dollar each at an antique store. I had the entire run years back but I sold them on ebay, I think. Man, are these good reads.

Picked up a mini-series I didn't even know existed. Thanos (2003). I got 2-12 for a dollar each, just need to find #1 now! It actually was an ongoing. Starlin fell out with Marvel during the first six issues, then Keith Giffen came in and laid the groundwork for Annihilation. It only made it 'til issue 12, but from there, we'd get the Drax the Destroyer mini and Annihilation itself.
Also, if you look closely, there's an Ultraverse cameo. The first, I think, since Marvel shut it down.

Hey Antoine, you really did well getting those issues for a buck each, they were jacked up because of the Thanos cameo in the Avengers movie. I was missing #9 and waited for the price to come down to about 4 dollars before buying it. fanboystranger- what was the Ultraverse cameo and what issue?

It was Rune, who had previously possessed all elements of the Infinity Gems in his brief Marvel series. Galactus summons the gems back to the Marvel reality in order to quell his hunger, and they're attached to Rune's skeleton.
Can't remember which issue, though. Three, four, or five, I'd guess.
