In X-men 101 while the X-men sit in the waiting room waiting to hear on Jeans’s status Prof X says to Moira:
“No Moira. I cannot help the girl I once thought I loved as much as you.”
Any other lines in comics that just made you cringe and wonder what the writers were thinking?

They were probably thinking of this from X-Men #3:
Yep. Apparently the only reason Professor X wasn't boning his 16 (15?) year old student is because he is in a wheelchair.

In Team America #11, plotted by Jim Shooter and scripted by Tom DeFalco, Wolf abducts a young girl and tells he he's taking her "to the carnival, after a while." The script later tries to say she's nineteen, but Dave Simons certainly didn't draw her that way.

Wow. At present, it appears Marvel leaned into the pedophile territory across the decades (X-Men #3 from 1/1964 and Team America #11 from 4/1983), and thought nothing of it.

It made me wonder if , since Claremont revisited X-men 3 if he had deep dark plans to have this as some back story to Charles leading to his death, or the Xmen's total disillusionment of their mentor. Of course Marvel would never have allowed this.

I’m still stuck on the line “nazi, hippie-freak, outlaw”. Those terms don’t fit together. I’m not surprised that 19 year old woman wanted to escape the toxicity of that car.

The description was accurate, as it was likely inspired by many an outlaw biker gang (e.g., Hell's Angels) who were/are not only criminals, but adopted Nazi helmets, German crosses, and other paraphernalia from the Third Reich (White Supremacist beliefs chief among them). As far as the "hippie-freak" description goes, decades ago, it was not uncommon for the straight world to label anyone from a counterculture (particularly if some rejected social and/or norms of hygiene) as "hippies" as that was one of the stereotypes of that sub/counterculture.

It’s unfortunate that many bikers are perceived that way. 😔 sigh.

Easy Rider also brought the Biker/Hippie connection to the zeitgeist.

Easy Rider also brought the Biker/Hippie connection to the zeitgeist. But biker/hippie/…Nazi?! I’ll concede the two protagonists in Easy Rider were criminals, tho. They smuggled and sold illicit drugs. I’m just saying that these days, there are bikers that aren’t Nazis, Hippies, AND/OR criminals. And they’re most definitely not pedophile rapists. They’re just motorcycle enthusiasts. It’s just a dumb biker trope. That’s the first thing that makes this reference offensive to me. Statutory rape is offensive without saying, btw.

There are other kinds of bikers, but the one depicted in the page in question is clearly based on the Hell's Angels variety, and they (and other biker gangs of that ilk) have a very long history of crime, White Supremacist beliefs (and attacks based on that belief), and integrating Nazi paraphernalia in their clothing.

In the 2007 Brave And The Bold series, Hal was lusting after Kara: "You have food in the refrigerator older than her. Who are you, Ollie? No bad thoughts. She's seventeen"
Sounds like he's fine with Ollie being a perv.

I'm hoping it's not premised on what you're suggesting here.
