I had (I think blissfully) forgotten about this one.
So had I until we got a bulk collection in at the shop a few weeks ago, mostly late 80s early 90s stuff, but there was 25 copies of this book in there, a testament to the speculator age. I think we wound up pitching most of them and putting like 2 or 3 in the quarter bin to see if we could get rid of them.

I'm actually surprised there isn't a back issue market for absurd outings like that. I'd think there'd be some dedicated group of collectors looking for exactly that kind of kitsch the same way there are folks collecting Heidi: The Girl Who Loved the Swastika, and The Life and Adventures of John Paul the Second.
