9 members in all attended tonights meeting. The first appearance of @draketungsten was a nice add to the geek talk.  Bert, MDG, Tartanphantom, Brutalis, MWGallaher, Hoosier X, and a heroic spoon with a busted wing were in the house. |

Hey Icctrombone, calling Icctrombone!. If you remember yesterday's Zoom and tartanphantom talked about Film Noir and specifically Robert Mitchum in Out of the Past as a classic. You mentioned checking it out and guess what? You can. Over the air HD channel MoviesTV Network is running it throughout July. Every Thursday all day and Sunday nights they run Film Noir movies and their 1st showing for it is Sunday Night July 4th at 8pm. Check your local listings for other showings if that day/time won't work out for you. Nothing quite like squinty eyed tough Mitchum in Noir!!! |

Have fun discussing great movies that Icctrombone has never seen before... like maybe " Call Northside 777". Oooohh already on my to record list as it's showing on MoviesTV in July! Quite a few goodies showing this month. Asphalt Jungle, House of Bamboo, Woman on the Beach, Angel Face, the Big Steal, Fallen Angel. |
