King's Island's not that far from me, so give me a shout out when we get closer to you coming out and maybe we can find time to meet up for a drink or to break bread if you're interested. -M the event is 7/9 & 7/10. . and will be in the park all day both days. I'm sure will be doing lots of the event stuff.. but if you're in the park, would love to meet up for a drink or just to say 'hey' (I fly in late Thurs, in park from 8am-midnight on Fri/Sat, and then fly home early Sun. . so really no time to meet up unless you're in the park!)
Neither my wife nor I are big amusement park fans (it's been probably 25 years since I have been to one), so it's unlikely we would be at the park, so it's likely a no-go, but if your itinerary changes and you are going to be out and about outside the park, give us a shout. -M |

At this point I should be able to do next week, but we're coming up on May, at which point I won't be available on Sundays from 5/8 through 5/29. One of my bands will be performing every weekend at the annual Tennessee Renaissance Festival. We've been doing this gig for 5 years now. It's a grind, but it's really good money, and I go kilted all weekend, every weekend.

It's very real. This picture was taken 26 years ago-- much younger (and thinner) back then. I had my first kilt made in 1994.
Same band, slightly different line-up, different kilt.
