Ditto--on the 11th there's actually an real-life, in person comics show (billed as Syracuse Punk Rock Flea Market Geek Garage Sale Comic Vinyl Toys--one of the organizer's infamous attempts to cast as wide a net as possible to sell those tables!) that I'm going to try to go to. |

Tis a pass for me. Will be having breakfast with a friend, then digging through a self storage and emptying it with her. Then off to see Godzilla vs Kong.

Tis a pass for me. Will be having breakfast with a friend, then digging through a self storage and emptying it with her. Then off to see Godzilla vs Kong. Ditching us for a woman? Yes! Ditching us for Godzilla? How could you... How quickly plans change. 3 wks ago she asked my help to purge her storage shed of accumulated junk from her kids who are all gr and wn & moved out of state. Also she invited herself to KvsZ (like I'm gonna complain) and said she fix breakfast. I called just a bit ago to confirm and we had to cancel. She either has the flu or cold (or Covid lord forbid) since yesterday so I said no thanks. Can't risk getting I'll with State until/unless they hire me. So will see the Kaiju throwdown tomorrow as befits a true Saturday matinee movie and now have my Sunday free. So let's Zoom a Zoom Zoom my fellow collectors of damn near everything! See y'all Sunday |

Nice gal, but kind of A-type cuz she has to be in charge, make the decisions, control things and unable to flex and roll with the flow when disruption comes around. Good friend but not really relationship material. Why she divorced her husband of 23 years awhile back, he let her run everything and she lost interest. Example: 2 wks ago when I went to see the Toho Kong vs Zilla she kept texting me during the movie trying to get me to come over after & bring her takeout. I turn my off during movies & didn't see her 6, count 'em, 6 texts until I was home. Called her to say sorry, back at home, tired after day of work and movie and ask why she wait to text 6 times while I was in movie already? She got angry, pissed, argumentative before we hung up. Next day in tears, apologizing to say it's all the "stress" in her life. Like we aren't all dealing with stress in this crazy world since Covid struck? I will enjoy the movie much more going alone! And save $$ NOT paying for her ticket, soda and popcorn. |

Todays meeting was attended by 6 people.  Apologies to Roquefort Raider and MDG as I snapped today's picture after they left the meeting. Well, Now I have to watch the Warriors movie after I was schooled about how good it was in the meeting. |

Well, Now I have to watch the Warriors movie after I was schooled about how good it was in the meeting. You'll be looking for one of these next....it's a classic pic but I don't like it as much because it leaves out Ajax.....
