Okay, I'm going to host a Zoom meeting this Sunday 1-3-2021 at 12pm EST. I played around with the app enough to feel somewhat comfortable. I will tag the people that have responded in this thread to see who can attend, but everyone is welcome to join. That died an ignoble death in the 90s. My wife was going to cut the explosion in the mattress factory that is my "hairdo" today. I'll see if I can stall her. |

I'm not authorized to do anything in this forum Now you are. While you certainly didn't need anyone's authority to start a zoom chat here, I think it's a great idea. My only caution is that this requires members sharing personal email addresses and/or google account usernames with one another. You are protected with a certain anonymity when you log onto the CCF that doesn't exist on Zoom. But yeah, go for it! I don't think the members here have to give any info out. I talked to my brother yesterday and was able to just copy a link and send it, and I'm thinking to do what @bert said to do and just post the link on this thread Sunday. On a side note, When you mentioned the protection of anonymity and not sharing our " ID's" , it felt like we were all members of the Avengers. That was cool. |
