Ish and mrp are out. Doctor Fate stays alive on Mars... What there's no two-for-one special in game 6 to increase ratings-a winner takes all game to get all the game 7 ratings a night early and then they can air something people might actually tune in for on the night game 7 instead-throw in some KC bbq on top if it and it works for everyone right?  -M |

Looks like only Ish, mrp and Doctor Fate are still alive in the prediction race! No matter what happens, Mars predicted it I could still be wrong, but yes as of now my prediction is still holding. |

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope the series goes down to a decisive seventh game - and KC Royals will come out on top winning tonight game and the next game too. Both at Kansas City!

What's important is that WE WON!!!
3 times in 5 years. I love my old hood.
(Both teams in my new hood made a fine showing of themselves, but lost in the playoffs)

Congrats to the Giants and their fans. Good series. Baumgartner's 5 inning save on 2 days rest was impressive to say the least. Well deserving of the series MVP award.

I was hoping for a KC Royals win, but the Giants came on top winning the series by a score of 3-2 and I did not cringe one bit and happy for the Giants to win this 2014 World Series.  They won in 2010, 2012, and now 2014 ... interesting! |
