The first episode of Origin Stories is here!
Origin Stories is a new podcast/YouTube series where I invite comic fans to give their own comic reading and collecting origin story by discussing the 10 individual comics that had the biggest impact on their comic experience.
It was kind of sad that Shaxper lost his taste for buying up older treasures after Batman # 9
Nah, my hunger was satisfied. Be happy for me.
I'm, with you Shax in it's all about the joy of the read. There is fun to be found in a good hunt for filling series or runs I want to read, but an afternoon buried with reading a beloved run is pure heaven for me. Talking Kirby, Barks and Pratt all in one discussion shows how much there is to find and explore in the world comic books. Way to go oh wise and wondrous teacher!
