If Throg is the frog, I vote for him/it.

I first read Simonson's Thor relatively recently, thanks to Cei-U!, and I like Beta Ray Bill. I wouldn't recognize the other guy if I saw him, and I've never read a Throg story.

Today's Which One asks the question of which "other" Thunder god did you enjoy more? Thunder strike or Beta Ray Bill? Enjoyed Eric Masterson in the role but I personally liked the fun & daring of Walt Simonson thinking outside of the box in giving an alien the powers of Thor. It was Beta Ray Bill showing courage and honor and his humanity which was equal to the Asgardians that made his story all the more poignant, for me at least. How about you all? I have no idea what a Thunder Strike is.
I thought it was an AC/DC song - no, wait, that was Thunderstruck, never mind.
I'll have to abstain from this one: all the alternate Thors came after my time, and I don't like anything I've heard about any of them. And besides, the whole idea rubs me the wrong way: it's basically saying that Thor is just a set of powers rather than a character, which for me is reducing the superhero concept to its most hollow, empty form.

I didn't mind Eric Masterson as Thor. But Beta Ray Bill still wins by a galactic mile. Though to be fair, that Simonson was amazing in both art and story when it came Thor, there really wasn't anything notable in Thor following his work, for any length of time, until the original numbering ended in the 90's. There was some good issues/stories here and there but nothing consistent. I did like the "Thor Corp" starting Bill but it was very "90's" especially in the art so I could people disliking it. But it was a fun inter dimensional, time traveling romp.

I never liked Robin as a character. I get that funnybooks are silly and don't have to make sense, but even in the world of superhero funnybooks, dragging a child in to danger makes less sense than most.
I generally found Tim Drake to be marginally better realized as a character than Dick Grayson ever was. What I know about Damien could be put in a thimble with lots of room left-over.
I voted to have them off Jason Todd...so there's that. I still want the money for my phone call back since they brought the little puke back to life.

I'm another who voted to off Jason. I like Grayson as Nightwing more than as Robin. I did like Tim as Robin in the 90s, but haven't followed what they have done with the character since, and I have never really enjoyed much with Damien, so it would be Tim by default I guess.

By the time I got into actual comics, Dick was already Nightwing and Tim Drake was Robin. Since then though I've read Robin stories with both Jason and Dick and I still prefer Tim. But that could be Chuck Dixon writing him more as an independent character than a side kick of Batman like Jason and Dick, of what I have read.

Dick Grayson from Earth-1, for no other reason that he's the one I grew up with. I liked how he became Nightwing (pre-Crisis) and how he passed the mantle to Jason Todd (also the pre-Crisis one).

This one. Yum.
On the DC Robins, I have no preference. Never cared for the character in general.
But this... this Robin... is heart-attack-inducing guilty pleasure.
