My eyes were half closed when I made my first cup of coffee today.Sleepily I poured the creamer. Then I stirred it.With a fork by mistake.
I ruined a perfect cup of coffee

Just a bit of sugar. When I finally started drinking coffee, creamer or milk just tasted gross. But to each their own. |

i am not a coffee drinker, prefer my tea's. But growing up my grandfather was part of a four wheel drive group that would go out every weekend for drive fun in the mountains and deserts come wind or rain or snow or shine. So was taught the only way to drink your coffee is hot, black and thick enough to stand a spoon in or as it is often times referred to as black molasses or cowboy coffee. To this day the smell of roasting coffee on an open fire is the only way i remember and want to really enjoy a coffee in the winter.

Guys...I've made a terrible mistake.
So I have a nice sized scoop for my coffee. And since I've used it forever I don't have to perfectly measure, I just scoop and go. Well, I broke my scoop guys. And I had to replace it with a smaller scoop. I figured I'd just scoop twice or something. However, last night I was in such a rush to leave for work that I scooped once on habit...and didn't realize until I only had a forth of my coffee left. So...coffee doesn't take bad with less sugar. I feel my whole life is a lie and I've been turned upside down! I'm going to go continue flailing dramatically now!

I drank three and a half travel mugs full of black Pike from Starbucks today, which is about three times my usual daily intake. Really interested in how things go tonight at bedtime.
