Shetland. Just watched Season 3 over a few nights; one episode left in Season 4. Six episodes each.

The first show I can remember bingeing was the original Green Hornet, which I taped from a marathon.
The next binge that comes to mind is the X-Files. I had never watched it and was hesitant to start because of all the ongoing mythology and subplots, but when the movie was coming out after season 5, I taped all five seasons from syndication and watched them straight through. Just amazing.
I tried bingeing Twin Peaks recently, but holy cow, is that show slow. I liked it and will get back to it, but it won't be as a marathon.
Binged the first two seasons of 24 and had several days of sleep-deprived work as a result. Most deadly "JUST ONE MORE EPISODE!" show I've ever seen. Season three completely jumped the shark for me, luckily, so I was spared several more years of that.
In general, I much prefer watching (and reading) complete stories at once as much as possible. Back in the day, I'd tape British miniseries on Masterpiece Theater, for example, and watch them straight through. Ditto old movie and radio serials.

I got into The Sopranos only when they showed a marathon of them over a few days once, and I went through a summer of the original '60s Dark Shadows starting with the first episode (and there were a lot of them just to get to Willie releasing Barnabas). I semi-binge watched seasons of Game Of Thrones.
Some of the British shows like Broadchurch, Mayday, Happy Valley, The Loch, Shetland, Foyle's War, The Last Detective, Inspector George Gently, Afterlife are great stacked up one after another.

Last show I binge-watched in full was the 1st season of The Expanse. I started watching the 2nd right afterward, but fatigue quickly set in and I laid it aside. I then started watching the 1st season of The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, but fatigue set in after the 3rd episode and I haven't watched anything further in weeks now.

I guess I prefer to binge these days, usually a season over 3 or 4 days, then shift to a new show. It tends to be as I discover a new show, or seek out "similar" shows. Currently bingeing Van Helsing, which I was surprised by how much Im enjoying it. These SyFy supernatural shows tend to be too teeny for me, much like the DCU programs(though I do always watch the crossover episodes).

I recently "binged" (over the course of about 2 weeks) all three seasons of Penny Dreadful. Currently I am watching my way through the second season of Castlevania.

What The Captain said. With that caveat...I recently did a fairly quick re-watch of The Sopranos. My youngest son is coming home from college this weekend. There's a very good chance we will do an honest binge of the new season of Bojack Horseman. My wife and I recently watched the second season of Mindhunter. I started watching the Sopranos a bit ago... like the Captain, I watch very little TV that's not sports, so in like 2 months I got through a season and 1/2... kinda got bored though. Not sure I'll go back.

I saw a couple random episodes and it looked good, but then I tried to watch from the beginning was more lost than watching at random.. maybe it was just a bad day. Castlevania I was very disappointed in, both because calling it a 'season' is kinda silly (it's really a movie they broke into chunks), and that it could have been SO much better.

Castlevania I was very disappointed in, both because calling it a 'season' is kinda silly (it's really a movie they broke into chunks), and that it could have been SO much better. Penny Dreadful was good but felt padded at times, and a lot of the stuff with Dorian and the Bride in later seasons felt tangential rather than central to the story being told. And I never warmed to Reeve Carney's performance as Dorian in any of the seasons. It also seemed to include some more adult content just because it could as it was on a premium cable network not because it was integral to the story or furthered either characters or story, trying to ratchet up things to get Game of Thrones comparisons in that regard. Overall though, I did really like the core story over the three seasons, I really liked the performances of Josh Hartnett, Timothy Green and Eva Green, and of Danny Sapani in seasons 1 and 2 (he might have been my favorite character). I also enjoyed seeing Wes Studi in season 3. As for Castlevania, I enjoyed season 1, and I think the voice cast has turned in some amazing performances. I have no nostalgia for the property, as I never played the game, and I am not a big anime fan in general, but I have enjoyed what I have seen so far (I am not very far into season 2). -M

Oh, I forgot, there was a mini-marathon of What We Do In the Shadows (they showed them all twice) and I'd only seen one episode before. That is a great little show, and the effects are actually pretty good too. If you see that title and haven't given it a try you can pick any old episode as they are only loosely connected. If you do see them in order there are things that can be appreciated that way too, so it's kind of like good comics used to be that way (where they knew every issue could be someone's first and had a complete story, but also rewarded regular readers with subplots and larger shared world info).

Binged the new season of Bojack Horseman while my son was home this weekend. To be fair, that's only about 3 1/2 hours of screen time. That show is incredible, but incredibly dark.

I've tried Rocky and Bullwinkle also, and that is a tough one, probably because you're getting several short cartoons in each episode. I can tell you how I dealt with the problem when I had lots of time on my hands: I ripped the DVDs and sorted everything on my PC. All the R & B serials were assembled in order for easy watching, and the other cartoons were put in their own folders to be dipped into whenever I felt like it. Still haven't watched most of it (so much good stuff out there, so little time), but I can tell you that the initial 40-part "Jet Fuel Formula" story isn't that great overall. The following 12-part "Box Top Robbery" is much better, so maybe give that one a shot.

does Porn count? Ha! Oh, man, if I hadn't swallowed it a second before, I literally would have had a morning-beverage-spewed-all-over-screen-and-keyboard moment...
Anyway, just started scrolling over this thread out of curiosity now, just because I don't binge-watch (if I have that kind of free time, I usually spend it reading...). The closest I came to it is watching the last few seasons of Voyager over the past month or so in 3-4 episode chunks, usually on weekends.
