In celebration of finding out I don't have cancer (there was a scare), I pulled the trigger on ordering two shirts I've been wanting for a long time now, both from Geek's Crate: Great news about not having cancer. The shirts are cool too, you deserve them and far more after having to live through that scare. Live Long and Prosper, buddy.

Really getting Sick of these Frakking Delays on DC Collectibles! Season 3 Arrow, Laurel Lance Black Canary and Reverse Flash were on the Diamond Upcoming list for next Wednesday and I just looked and they've been knocked off again until who knows when! At this rate we'll have Season Two flash and green Arrow by 2018! forget any of the Dates DCC gives us about next years "releases" On the upside I can continue working on my 25th Style G.I. Joe Roster
(Coming soon: Red Pads Grand Slam & Tan Grunt)

There's also the push that all the SDCC exclusive merch gets that pushes everything else to the back burner at the factories DC works with. -M

I'd accept that if DCC wasn't releasing anything this week but the solicit now features one $40.00 figure and three $100.00 statues . Now maybe i'm just a broke nobody but IMHO DC would make more money selling three $20 something figures at a high volume than it would One $40.00 Dollar Figure and three $100.00 dollar statues.

They will sell a metric crap-ton of high ticket items at SDCC this week, so they will be laughing all the way ot he bank even if some lower-ticket items don't ship. -M

Well I got an e-mail from Hasbro saying the order was processed and I'd be notified when they shipped. As of 3 PM eastern time, they were still available if anyone else was interested.

Got the e-mail form Hasbro saying my Micronauts shipped! Woot. Also found out Entertainment Earth is having a summer clearance sale, so I broke down and bought some of the Biff Bang Pow Flash Gordon and Battlestar Galactica stuff they had... picked up the five 3 3/4 scale Flash Gordon figures from the movie... each was 50% off and the 35th Anniverary Retro Tin collector set w/Exclusive figures for Galactica.... which was about 70% off. -M

Never used Entertainment Earth before, but those sales prices are great! This is my first time ordering from them, but the guys on Pod Stallions speak highly of them (Lentzi partnered with them to launch Biff Bang Pow Toys) and they got a lot of good reviews from folks over at the Mego Museum forums, so I gave them a shot with the sale. -M

Just in. DCTV Season 3 Arrow and LL Black Canary Arrow's not bad he doesn't look as Cartoony at least as his proto images made him look. but the fact that his quiver can only handle two of his arrows, is a let down (and only if you put the regular arrow in with one of the injection arrows) Black Canary is alright but she's a bit shorter than I expected her to be Here's Arrow with DC Icons Longbow Hunters Green Arrow Here's Both TV Canaries together (Yeah i seemed to have lost Sara's Sonic Hockey Puck (although Given how small it was I'm surprised I didn't lose it sooner!........oh and Laurel's shorter than I imagined her also!) Here's the Super Hero Fight Club (a good chunk of it anyway (Really lousy that we won't be getting Ra's or Ronnie Raymond Firestorm) Here's all the Canaries and finally, here's the full CW Arrow shelf Coming soon to the Arrow Shelf Season 4 Green Arrow and Season 2 Flash Coming Sooner Batman The Animated Series Ra's al Ghul and Zatanna

It's here!!!!! The Interchangeable World of the Micronauts SDCC Exclusive has arrived. The box features gorgeous art by Ken Kelly. Box front, featuring Pharoid... Side of box featuring Orbital Defender... Other side featuring Galactic Warrior... and box back.... The bottom of the box resembles the lunar surface, and when you slide the box top off that box bottom doubles as a display stand and the figures are set up in a cardboard replica of the Astro Station... box top off... which I thought was a very cool thing to do. Taking off the cardboard spacer for a better look at the Astro Station and figures... All in all I am very pleased with this set and hope Hasbro does more with the Micronauts as a relaunched toy line. The set was originally announced at a price point of $49.99, and ebay flipper pre-sale prices ranged from $100-$150. At the Hasbro breakfast at day 2 of SDCC they lowered the price to $34.99 and that was what they were charging on the Hasbro Toy shop website when they went up for sale there (which is where I got mine). Even with shipping and sales tax, it came to less than the initially announced $49.99 price point. Now figuring out how to display it with my vintage Micronauts stuff (there's not enough room on the current shelf of stuff so I need to reconfigure it all). -M
