What comic book that has these pictures? ... Just Wondering? ... and thanks. This was in West Coast Avengers Annual #4, which was part of the "Atlantis Attacks" event and contained several short pieces.

I think Northstar was considered good looking by both genders.

In terms of male characters, the one that springs to mind is Thor - who regularly has women going gaga for him in Avengers. It's those dreamy shoulders. I just finished reading the first 15 or so Journey Into Mystery stories with Thor, and the "women on the street" were constantly commenting on Thor's looks whenever he went by. While Tony Stark was considered attractive by in-universe standards, one has to wonder how much of that was his physical appearance and how much was his wallet. He was a serial dater even going back to the Tales of Suspense stories, being shown escorting a variety of very attractive young ladies around, sometimes at his plant even, much to the chagrin of Pepper.

As far as women go, Woman Woman is someone whose godlike beauty is frequently mentioned by other characters, who are routinely shellshocked in her presence.
There are also characters whose powers make them unnaturally attractive - Starfox, Spider-woman, and Looker come to mind.

Likewise, while The Enchantress is certainly attractive as an Asgardian demigodess, her sister Lorelei is not quite in her class and uses magic to increase her worldly attractiveness.

Hmmm, looks like another case where my first comment is apparently invisible.
Also, Spiderwoman, really? I recall that in the first 20 or so issues of her solo book, one of the (many) problems she had to deal with was that - even though she was a physically beautiful woman - most people, both men and women, found something repulsive about her.
As for Tony Stark, like Bruce Wayne (one I overlooked in my dudes category above), I think that besides being rich he is also supposed to be devastatingly handsome regardless - note Jan's point about him putting Tom Selleck to shame in that bit from the WC Avengers annual).

That apparently changed at some point, because by the 2000's, her pheromone powers were making her irresistible to men - though they had the opposite effect on women. A quick google tells me that this power is currently dormant (however that works) so I guess it's more a matter of different writers deciding her pheromone powers work in whatever way they find convenient for the plot.

Whenever I think of Thor and being attractive this awesome cover always comes to mind. As far as Spidewoman, the first comic I saw her in I bought off the newsstand was Force Works #11 and she was drawn attractive.

Today's writers, who have no respect for what has been previously established and just do what they want, changed this to the opposite which is far less interesting (and quite cliche as well.)
But you are correct; in her original series she had problems maintaining long-term relationships with both men and women because of the negative effect of her pheromones. (Lindsay McCabe was a notable exception.)

Based on the OP, my first consideration would be Snow White from Fables. Beauty, confidence, intelligence, a mother. She was married to Prince Charming and landed the Big Bad Wolf. Her range is so versatile.
I would also nominate Susan Storm Richards. Being a publicly known hero, I would think that she would be a good role model for women in the MU. Beauty, adventurer, mother, married to one of the smartest men on the planet, and depending on whose writing her, fiercely intelligent in her own right.
Perhaps even Janet Van Dyne. Heiress, super-hero, fun personality, fashion designer, beauty, I think she should be considered as well.

I don't know if Big Barda was considered attractive looking by the population of the DC universe, but she was definitely feared.
