Favorite Retro Video GameSpace InvadersForget Gears Of War, Taito’s 1978 classic was the first cover shooter, as you attempt to fend off an extraterrestrial force. Your pulse would quicken along with the music as the aliens came closer, while blasting the flying saucer was as satisfying as a Call Of Duty headshot. I've played a lot of Space Invaders in the late 70's during my senior year in High School and became quite good at it. I prefer the original black and white version and later on they created a color version of it and became just as good as the black and white version. I haven't played this game since 1983 and that's pretty much sums up my experience of it and I've might take a gander of it next two weeks in Ocean Park, Washington of a restaurant has a workable arcade game in black and white that's still working and they will let me play it then. I loved SPACE INVADERS!

Etch a SketchWhat's inside them! I had a blast playing it as a kid and I've wanted to share that I did drew many trees and mountains on it and had vivid memory doing so. Later on, I did some simple rivers and some bushes too. That's pretty much what I can do with it and even drew a Flag of United States - in its crude form and all that. Here's Artist Bob Ross on a Etch a Sketch ... Pretty Cool and I would NEVER be as good as he can here ... possibilities are endless with this wonderful toy in the 60's! ... I gave my Etch a Sketch to my grand-nephew a couple of days ago and I was thinking about it today and wanted to share some memories of it. It's a great toy back then!

Magic EyeThese things got to be the most frustrating thing MAN has ever created and I've tried and tried to see hidden images and unable to do so. It's that darn frustrating members and guests! And, very retro indeed!

In fact, I guess Galaga is a sequel to Galaxian.

And, very retro indeed! I used to love these! They were all the rage for a few years back in the early 90s. I could always see the hidden images very easily, but I remember reading that it's something you can either do or you can't. I had friends who never saw anything either, but I never had any trouble.
