Archie #29: My store got its copies this week. Very much worth the wait. The art is outstanding. So many little visual cues--especially as Archie finds his "missing" guitar. Loved the humor in the issue with Dilton and Moose--and Mr. Weatherbee. The scenes with Reggie and the Blossom Twins were good. Cheryl looked awesome--more stylish than Veronica. Looking forward to their birth father making waves and seeing more Reggie. A fun, quick read--but well written with beautiful art. 9/10

Mighty Mightor, Future Quest #8I just glanced this book and its reminded me of this cartoon introduction and its has that charm in that old 60s cartoon that I loved so much and I was a fan of that cartoon. I know this is Future Quest #8 and I haven't gotten around Future Quest #1 to #7 yet and the artwork is excellent and it's captured some of the cartoon flair and dramatics. The writing of the story is very good and I don't know this team of Jeff Parker and Steve Leiber very well and they did an impressive job of capturing this character well and I've contacted my LCS and he totally forgot about this series and forgot to tell me about it; and I'm picking up tomorrow Future Quest #1 to #7! ... He's getting all the issues together and give it to me as a special deal for 15 Bucks ... includes tax! Grading for Future Quest #8 ... 10/10 for sure!Future Quest features ... these Hanna Barbera SuperStars! Jonny Quest Space Ghost Dino Boy The Impossibles Birdman Mighty Mightor The Herculoids The Galaxy Trio Buzz Conroy and Frankenstein Jr. I loved all of these cartoon shows and I can't wait to read them! ... I'm can't wait for Number #1 featuring Space Ghost!
