Looks like Heck with Colletta inks. It is Don Heck and Colletta but the issue which was Avengers annual #2 was also penciled by Werner Roth.

"To Take the Tarkin" was a much more interesting spin on the "second Death Star" plot than Return of the Jedi had. Does it make any sense for the rebels to ever send Princess Leia on missions? Nope! But still fun. The side plot about Imperial officers conspiring to kill Vader was great.
