Loved Kelley Jones' rendition of Swamp Thing. He has his own ecosystem!

Love Zeck MOKF Interesting; I haven't read this issue yet but 25 issues later there was "Not Smoke, Nor Beads, Nor Blood." You definitely should read this one first. But then, the entire Moench run on MoKF should be read in order, if you want to enjoy it to the fullest. IIRC this was the issue that raised the Mike Zeck era to a new level. Not sure if it was also the first issue inked by Gene Day but his joining the team was a big factor. Zeck had already done some excellent work on the series prior to this, but it had never looked so good or so well-suited to the MoKF ambience as it did with Gene day on the inks.

Yup I've got the 1st three omnibuses and have read the first one so far. So I'll read to the end of the Zeck run at least.

I try for the best looking one. nope but he called it a 4 page gatefold from ST, which it wasn't, I was just clarifying so someone doesn't go looking for a gatefold in their copy of ST 167 if they have one or go buy one for a gatefold if they like the concept of it. -M
