I loved this splash page form Avengers 162 as a kid. It has pencil grooves worn into the page because I would use tracing paper to try to recreate it all the time... -M

Not sure what counts as splash page always but loved this from when the Dark Judges first made an appearance: Dredd vs Fear, only Dredd has no fear lol and Death informing everyone you can't kill what does not live. obvious when you think about it.
