Finally getting to participate, and doing so without looking at anyone else's list (so I'm sure I'm gonna forget some, and then slap my head and think, "HOW COULD I FORGET THAT COSTUME???").
my #4 pick: Emerald Empress
Nevermind that Green is my favorite color, and that I'm a big fan of LSH. . . EE is just a damn cool design.
almost fully covered (and she pretends to be royalty, so that makes sense) and she's so damn sexy without showing much skin, but she's got a giant frigging eye floating near her!
that's the main draw for me, tho I really do love the design of her outfit, even tho it slightly changes with most appearances.
the more recent versions of her costume (where the sex appeal is "look at me, I'm almost naked" ?. . no thanks!).
