The youngest child and I binged the second season of Stranger Things over the last few days. Very good. It did have a few rough patches, but it was overall a good follow-up to a very good first season. Sigh...now another years wait. It was good, but if we're getting a 3rd season, I really hope they change up the formula. I don't know about you, but I really don't care about revisiting the "upside down" or the "demagorkons" yet again. My biggest complaint about the show going back to the first season is how utterly generic the monsters look. I'd prefer they turn it into an anthology series. A different story and cast of characters each season. |
