I really like the Mccartny " live and let die" song. It incorporates the movie title and also has a riff in the music reminiscent of the Bond theme.

Carly Simon - Nobody Does It Better
Number One Song of all TIME! ... From The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) - IMDb
Words of the Song
Nobody does it better Makes me feel sad for the rest Nobody does it half as good as you Baby, you're the best
I wasn't lookin' but somehow you found me It tried to hide from your love light But like heaven above me The spy who loved me Is keepin' all my secrets safe tonight
And nobody does it better Though sometimes I wish someone could Nobody does it quite the way you do Why'd you have to be so good? The way that you hold me Whenever you hold me There's some kind of magic inside you That keeps me from runnin' But just keep it comin' How'd you learn to do the things you do?
Oh, and nobody does it better Makes me feel sad for the rest Nobody does it half as good as you Baby, baby, darlin', you're the best
Baby you're the best Darlin', you're the best Baby you're the best

I love the James Bond Theme from Dr. No by John Barry and His Orchestra. Beyond that, probably the only one I'd actively think about listening too is Goldfinger by Shirley Bassey.

Live and let die Goldeneye Goldfinger License to kill A view to a kill Diamonds are forever Skyfall the instrumental themes from Dr. No and from On her Majesty's Secret Service...
Might as well list them all; they were very few bad ones in the lot!
With the new ones, I like how they'll sometimes make musical references to the classic themes. Bond is more than a series; it's now a modern mythology. It's nice to see it treated as such.

I have the 50 Years Best of CD and listen to it quite a bit. Well except for that horrible Madonna one.

I wish they'd had more time to work the melody into the score instead of using the k.d. Lang one from the end credits.

"Live and Let Die" by Paul McCartney and Wings, by a country mile. I also quite like "A View to a Kill" by Duran Duran. Those are the only two that I ever actively listen to.

These are also my top two in the same order. But a lot of my other favorites are apparently ones that aren't popular. A while back, I read an article that ranked the James Bond songs, and so many of my favorites were poorly ranked: The Living Daylights, The Man With the Golden Guy (the lyrics are cheesy, but that's why I like it), and Another Way to Die (the Jack White/Alicia Keys song from Quantum of Solace).
