Key issues of hulk or any marvel comic. Not just morbius. But these guys were just hovering right at certain comic boxes full of incredible hulk, old Shade changing man whatever, Nam and moribund. They knew what comics they were looking for and where exactly the comics are in the boxes. Aren't you supposed to find exact random stuff in a scavenger hunt or whatever? What they did wasn't much of a scavenger hunt. Like I said they knew exactly what to find in the right box. Heck one of the guys pretty much literally snatched up half of the 1990s issues of the incredible hulk even issue 400 "Cheap," maybe. "Pointless," sure. But I don't get what makes it upsetting.

It wasn't a scavenger hunt, it was a Hulk Hunt.

And here I've been fretting over millions of people losing their health care.
Thanks for reminding us about priorities.

Maybe they had a specific list of things to get. Maybe it was "a fistful of Hulk". Who knows. I just can't seem to come up with any reason for it to be upsetting.
Different strokes and all that.

A scavenger hunt isn't just finding random stuff. Usually, the list will specify some criteria, and you have to find something that fits that criteria. It could be vague or very specific. They could have had a list that said "Find Incredible Hulk #355" or "Find 5 issues of the Hulk that show both Hulk and Banner on the cover".
Either way... as long as they weren't doing anything illegal and were purchasing the comics, I fail to see what the problem is. Other than the fact that they happened to pick up some issues you wanted -- but hey, that's life. So long as everyone has equal access to the books, nothing unfair about it.

This may well be the most pointless conversation this board has had to date.
Cei-U! And we even have a thread devoted to pudding!

I have a hard time seeing what's so unfair or unscrupulous about this, but I just wanted to remind everyone in this thread about civility and tone. If you're perplexed as to why this thread is here or exactly what it is that is so unfair about the scavenger hunt, and you can't say anything constructive or nice, then simply move along and don't comment.

The main issue that I had when I used to frequent my LCS were all the socially awkward weirdos that were always there. And, no, I'm not talking about myself
