There are a lot of comics and fiction that I would love to see in action figure form, but are not. In this thread, I will discuss some of my ideas, and bring up some suggestions for the specifics of each idea. Feel free to give your own suggestions or comment on mine. Part 1: Baltimore While Mike Mignola's Hellboy has received a fair amount of collectibles (and very good ones!), another universe that he co-created with Christopher Golden has never been in action figure form: Baltimore. If I knew anything about customizing figures, Lord Baltimore would be the first figure I would try to make (I did make a Baltimore lego figure, though!) . I know I'm not the only one who wants Baltimore figures, as I remember someone wrote into the letter column with a suggestion for Baltimore figures, and vampire ones with detachable heads. First of all, Lord Baltimore himself would make a great design for an action figure. He carries a ton of weapons, so he could come with all sorts of accessories. I'd like to see a few swappable heads; maybe one standard grim expression head, one angry head, and one "battle-damaged" one. His overcoat could be made of a fabric material (like the Gentle Giant Hellboy coat) and be removable. Haigus, Baltimore's nemesis in the novel, would be a cool figure as well. There could be several heads; one younger vampire head from the first half of the story, one older, gaunt head from the later half, and one head snarling with vampire teeth. I suppose he wouldn't have much in the way of accessories. I'd also like to see a figure of Haigus in bat form (one head without scar, and one head with). There are plenty of supporting characters that could show up eventually, too. Baltimore's friends, random vampires, Judge Duvic, the armored diving suit zombies from The Plague Ships, and plenty of other characters. Truthfully, I'd be satisfied with just Lord Baltimore. Haigus would be an easy enough custom figure to make, and pre-existing vampire figures would work well for vampiric enemies for Baltimore. I hope a Baltimore figure happens eventually!

I still need a Marvel Legends (6" scale) Nighthawk for my Defenders team display. They did Hellcat for crying out loud, but where is my Nighthawk?!?!

I would love to see giftsets of famous superhero team line-ups in any size/scale. A complete Judas Contract Era Titans, Dark Phoenix Era X-Men, Kree Skrull War Era Avengers, etc. I hate playing the game of buying one in the hope that another will be released later down the line.

I recall the GS X-Men one frustrating me because I already had all but the exclusive figure.

Red Dwarf
There have been a few Red Dwarf items out there such as bobble heads and a model of Starbug, but all their existence proves is that there's no reason we can't get anything better. I saw Seinfeld figures last week standing alongside Fast Times at Ridgemont High dolls. Go online and you can find dolls of these guys
but not these
Are these pictures showing up? Does this show actually exist or am I just imagining that it does?

Personally....I would love to see a good DC line in the 3 3/4 scale comparable to The Marvel Universe line with good sculpts and decent articulation(doesn't have to go over board). I Would base the designs on the artwork of Jose Luis Garcia Lopez. I love that most the classic looks we have come to see are from that time....and It would have to included the Justice League of America, The 5 original sidekicks for those classic heroes(Robin, Wondergirl, Kid Flash, Aqualad and Speedy, The Marvel Family, and a few others like Plasticman, Black Lightning, Supergirl, Batgirl, and Mera. Some of those classic villains from the Main Heroes.
While some lines have delivered some really good success with the various characters...sometimes there were missteps along the way with proportion siz of the character and costume choices, or just generally omissions of the characters.
