I wish I could get my hands on The Infinity Entity, in which the new Adam Warlock does his thing. I was surprisingly happy with The Infinity Revelation and The Infinity Relativity, and their in-story metacommentary about the nature of reality in comics made these stories more than the rehashing I associate with any book with "The Infinity..." in its title.
Maybe it'll be collected soon. Jim Starlin and Alan Davis? Oh, yeah!

LOVED Nightworld. This was probably my favourite discovery from last year ( thanks to everyone here who recommended it). Loads of fun and I look forward to more from McGovern and Leandri. I too got this because of the recommendation off this board, otherwise I wouldn't have known it existed. Wish we could see a sequel That was me I believe. Your welcome guys. Glad you enjoyed this series as much as I did!

But, Bronze Age Brian, you're new here ? New member, old part of the community-BAB was here at the beginning, even was a part of the design team handling the front page, but left our ranks for a while and has now returned, so like this thread, new but old. -M

Alan Davis is nearly always a must-buy for me, but Starlin's recent work (that I've read) has just been so terrible...

But, Bronze Age Brian, you're new here ? Sorry for the confusion. I recently came back, had deleted my account. I lost interest in comics and didn't think I would ever return. I was going through some tough times, thought I was going to lose my wife to a brain tumor, thought my daughter was going to lose her hearing, etc. But everything is okay now, both my wife and daughter are fine, and my passion for comics is back in full swing. And I like you guys. No more deleting accounts, that was stoopid.

We all have priorities and things in life that come before comics and message boards (well most of us anyways ), so you do what you have to to get through it all. I am just glad you're back and to hear that it worked out. I remember you mentioning some of the stuff going on just before you disappeared, so you remained in my thoughts man. Good to have you back. -M

I found a dealer on eBay who had a lot of recent comics for $1.50 or $2, and he had some things I was specifically looking for - like the last few issues of New 52 Legion of Super-Heroes, some of the Robin War issues I need, Dejah Thoris #37 - and I browsed a little bit (because the prices were good) and I picked this on a whim: I noticed the Nick Cardy cover and I thought that was a good sign. Also, I love Silver Age Wonder Girl. And only $2.50! So I ordered it. It came today. It's written by Bob Haney! A 2008 comic book written by Bob Haney! He's been dead since 2004 but I guess the script for this was laying around for a while. Also, it's inked by Mike Allred! It just got here a few minutes ago so I haven't had time to read it. I can hardly wait!

I found that one for a buck a couple of years ago and picked it up. If you like Bob Haney's brand of zaniness, then you're in for a treat. Of all the Haney books out there, this has to be the "Haneyest".

Glad to have you back sir, and especially glad you're family is ok. Like mrp said, life happens. Good to have you back Brian !

I got Black Widow #1 in the mail yesterday. WOW! Yeah, it's pretty good!
I love it that this started up just as I was getting back into comics!
