Pudding-The MusicalI recall back in the 1980s a wonderful Broadway revue called Pudding-The Musical. It played for about a year and a half at the Minsky Theater and enjoyed an acclaimed reception from all the critics. Who could forget Earl Hines , the famous Tapioca Dancer. And we all are quite familiar with some of the hit tunes from this extravaganza such as " Just A Spoonful Of Pudding Helps The Medicine Go Down". it even revived the earlier Gene Pitney hit song "A Town Without Pudding". I wish I had bought the CD but alas, it's now a collector's item And speaking of musical pudding, check this out. What a wonderful world we live in materia.nl/article/musical-pudding/

How has this not come up yet? It most certainly has my good man. Page 3 of this thread contains the 3-part retrospective of Pudding & Literature of which this tomb is sandwiched between other examples. Ummmmmm..sandwich. I think I'll have one now and top it off with, er, I'll think of something

Possible Pudding Pronouncement Of Paramount Prominence
I have reached out to a well known writer, one who has been around for decades and has written for just about all major comic book companies including Marvel and DC. Besides those, he's written in other forms of entertainment as well. I inquired of his thoughts and experiences with the Wide World Of Pudding, Pudding behind the scenes in the Comic Book Biz and other facets of this delectable desert
I'll refrain naming him-don't want to jinx his possible partnership on pudding palaver. But I'm quite excited about this. Whether he'll contribute directly here or via his own website is yet to be determined. But if he bites or swallows the bait (and its pudding so who can resist) you'll be instantly made aware
Keep those sticky fingers crossed

Well you just can't make this one up. Tonight is my daughter's first ever slumber birthday party. One of the activities I organized -- PUDDING mix-off:

Looks like a chocolate and vanilla jamboree. Soon your daughter will be eating the more exotic flavorings and you and your wife will start thinking "Where did the time fly?"
Just be prepared for the years ahead when your daughter comes home late from a date with pudding on her breathe

Looks like a chocolate and vanilla jamboree. Cheesecake, French Vanilla, Devil's Food, Chocolate Fudge, and Butterscotch, thank you very much. We are teaching our daughter to be open to experimentation, so long as she does it in the safety of our home. Their pudding pallets grow up so fast. Sniff...sniff. 'long as it isn't chocolate and bananas (why did that sound racist and sexual? I swear I wasn't going that route!)

Rock N Roll Pudding
No rock group loved their pudding more than this legendary power trio from England. And it stands to reason that it would be an English band since thats where Pudding Mania originated. Not only did the band name themselves after a key ingredient for pudding, but one of their best known songs was about the joy of eating pudding
Here they are from a fantastic 1967 live for Euro TV recording

Turns out my wife got an action shot... I was going to say that when my daughters were that age they would've loved that too, but, I think they'd still love it. Love that Superman shirt too.
