I've played most of the ones on the list, but my favorite for the last few decades has been Othello (also known as Reversi).

Current top 3 board games in this house : 1/ Ticket to ride : 2/ Junta 3/Game of Thrones Board games probably is my current biggest hobby as I'm blessed to have a few neighbour friends of my age who have zero interest in video games but love to play. We tend to favor games that involve strategy and some backstabing, and in that regard, Junta is the ultimate game! We play a hefty dose of other games such as Carcassonne, Seven Wonders, Eldritch Horror and many more, but those three are our regular jams. When I got some french friends, we play Tarot all night : Some checkers and chess also happens...

Top Ten NBA Players All-Time - Part 1 of 21) Kareem Abdul-JabbarMaster of the Sky-Hook, All Time Leading Scorer a true winner in my book and one of the most feared player ever played the game of the basketball because of that dreaded shot of his - the Sky Hook he was taught by one Jay Carty a former OSU player that taught him the shot when Alcindor (Jabbar) was in UCLA when NCAA outlawed the dunk because of his arrival on court. Great All-Around Player and always a favorite of mine for years to come. 2) Micheal JordanSix Time NBA Champion one of the most exciting basketball player ever laced a sneaker and one of the most dominate player that makes basketball an art form. Fearless Dunker, Great Shooter, and most of all one of the most unguarded-able player ever. His defensive skills combined with his offensive skills remained unparalleled even today's standard. I just in awe watching him play with the Chicago Bulls and he always well respected by his peers. 3) Bill Russell 11 Timm NBA Champion and one of the most dominated defensive player ever played NBA Basketball - He revolutionized the NBA by his shot blocking skills and his battles with Wilt Chamberlain became legendary. He is a leader, good knowledge of Basketball, and one of the most underrated players ever. I adore his overall game and he's quite candid and outspoken in his views of the world. I admire his court tenacity and a true leader of the Boston Celtics. 4) Wilt ChamberlainOne time member of the Harlem Globetrotter to help him with his ball handling skills and one of the most unstoppable forces ever played in the NBA. He's averaged one time 50 points a game for the whole season and because of that - he decided to retire from basketball because no one except Bill Russell ever challenge him. Powerful Center and because he was with the Globetrotters he actually led the league in assists beating out Bob Cousy of the Boston Celtics! 5) Oscar RobertsonBig O is his nickname and one of the shining examples of leadership, handles the ball with authority, proven scorer. fabulous defensive player and won his only championship with the Milwaukee Bucks of where he teamed up with Kareem Abdul Jabbar. He was a great shooter and have really no weakness on the basketball court. I adore his court sense and smartness and was well respected by everyone that knew him personally.

Top Ten NBA Players All-Time - Part 2 of 26) Jerry WestPictured here as member of the West All-Stars in the early 70's when the game was played in the Forum of Los Angeles and kind of ironic to have his name in both front and back of his jersey! One of the greatest point guard ever played a game of basketball and one of the most purest shooter ever and that why he got his nickname - Mr. Clutch he was unreal on the basketball court and one of the smartest player ever. I admire his overall play and he developed a passion for basketball. Fantastic Free Throw Shooter too. 7) Tim DuncanEver since he came into the NBA he transform the San Antonio Spurs into a powerhouse of where he was one of key players that made the Spurs an annual 50 game winner in my book. A true leader, great overall game, and has all the necessary skills to make this game work for him. Great Mid-Range Shot, good passer, fantastic rebounder, incredible court sense, and has the willingness to get the job done just right. The only player that's still active today and I just find him a great guy that doesn't complains about anything. 8) Julius "Dr. J" ErvingOne of the greatest artists of the game of basketball and one of the most exciting players ever and I just loved his ability to get the job done and one of the most unstoppable players ever. He and Micheal Jordan was a joy to watch and one of the most underrated shooter ever. His nickname is so colorful and many players back in his days says it over and over again - give him the ball and watch him operates! Fearless and Driven and that's that the Doctor! ... The only ABA player on this list. 9) Earvin "Magic" JohnsonThe Magic Man - the most charismatic player ever laced a sneaker and the one of major reasons that he made the Lakers Squad back in the Eighties - SHOWTIME and one of most gifted player ever. He has the skills to play all 5 positions and one of the most exciting player to watch and his legendary battles with Larry Bird made the rivalry between his Lakers and Bird's Celtics one of the most brightest spots in NBA history. Fantastic Ball Handler, Good Defensive Player, and has great court sense that made him a winner in my book. I just loved his SMILE! 10) Larry BirdHe and Magic Johnson were rivals of unbelievable scale and I just loved the NBA back in the eighties of where they made their teams truly dominating and it was fun to watch back then. I admire his tenacity, his fearless drive, uncanny shooting ability, great leader, and most of one of the most difficult player to guard back then. He was incredible and he is my favorite Boston Celtics of all time. I had Bill Russell - Number 2 and John Havlicek Number 3. Fabulous Passer and a winner in my book. I miss him dearly. I'm not doing these anymore and having said that ... I'm going to focus on more important things members.
