It's unfortunate that I don't have the financial resources to publish an English version at this point, but even if it's in a foreign language book 2 of my graphic novel Le bras d'Orion will be out later in the Spring. For a variety of reasons involving the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune and the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to (or, in common parlance, "my day job" and "having kids"), the pages found in this new volume were made back in 1982-1985 as well as 1993. The art is therefore a little cruder, and since the paper had yellowed a little and the ink had paled somewhat, I had to scan all the pages at 600 dpi and clean them up digitally -something that took three months or so. What might be cool is to put books 1 and 2 (translated) under one cover, resulting in a 99 page comic (plus notes). I'd have to check how much it would cost to print.
The main hindrance is shipping, really. Canada Post, still the cheapest way to send books around from here, doesn't have the equivalent of Media mail. It's ten bucks to ship my book to the US (and twenty to Europe, which would be its natural market). So a 100 page book might be more tempting, considering the admittedly high price tag can't be lowered too much before I sell at a loss.
I looked at Amazon as an interesting outlet in terms of visibility, but oy! there's no way I can even break even if I go through them; they just ask for too much and want to keep as low an inventory as possible, demanding that the publisher (me!) send back a handful of books as required.
Maybe Comixology... I'm not big on digital comics but it'd be a possibility. I worry about how a 14 x 17 inch page would look like when shrunk to the size of an iPad, though!

Would a kickstarter or Gofundme campaign work better?
Also, if going the digital route, as we're a small and close knit group, you could probably forego the middle man and sell your copies to us directly on the honor system that we would not redistribute. It's already protected by copyright the minute you hit "send," so that isn't an issue.
I think the main factor to consider might be price point. How much would a person be willing to spend to try out your work? $16 is what it cost me through your website, and I think that's a very reasonable price. I'd imagine a 100 page edition might be a little more prohibitive to some, though I would definitely go for it.
A more ambitious idea might be to sell an inexpensive digital preview edition that contains a coupon for a discount on purchasing a complete 50 or 100 page edition. That might be more costly than beneficial -- you'd have to check the numbers.
