I assume that you've read the Robert Hunter penned and Timothy Truman drawn graphical novel Dog Moon, Rob? I hadn't even heard of it before, but will be looking for it now. Purple Haze Is In My Brain 'Scuse Me While I Kiss This Guy When I was in middle school I was 100% convinced those were the lyrics, and that Jimi was the greatest queer icon of all time. When I was a teenager, I thought in Pink Floyd's "Brick in the Wall pt. 2", it was "No thought orgasms in the classroom." But, yeah, no. "No dark sarcasm in the classroom". And in Joanna's Newsom's "Peach, Plum, Pear" there is a part where she says "Made me bolt like a horse", but I thought, up until about 2 years ago when I actually read the lyrics that it was "Made me bold like a wh*re". |

I was baffled for years on a Lydia Lunch lyric, and when I finally read that it was:
