Custer's farewell to his wife.
A subtle, touching scene that seems apropos today, capped by one of the most beautiful movie goodbye lines (at 3:46) ever.

I am trying to think if there are any actresses left from Hollywood's golden age left now that de Havilland is gone, and none are springing to mind. I believe there is still some Golden Age child actor ("Baby" something or other) who is still alive, but the name eludes me.

Angela Lansbury is still with us. She's 94. As are the eternally classy Eva Marie Saint and June Lockhart, who recently turned 96 and 95, respectively.

She was just interviewed in the EXCELLENT HBO Documentary that premiered the other week, "Showbiz Kids"
unfortunately, she passed recently, while the film was in post production. just this past Feb.

Some child actors still with us...
Mildred Kornman goes back to the 1920's when she was a baby meaning she dates to the Silent Era. She also worked on some Our Gang shorts.
Silas Hathaway played Charlie Chaplin's role as a baby in The Kid and is still around.
Son of Frankenstein's and voice of Bambi Donnie Dunagan.
Phyllis Coates (not a child actor) goes back to the late 40's but is of course, best known as George Reeve's first Lois Lane.

not celebrating that he died, but really don't care either.
Act like a moron, and die because you got a disease that you could have taken *simple* precautions to avoid?
we don't have a Political Thread. . . so won't say anything more.
