My first cold in almost 2 years kept me from the gym and the track for a week, so no progress to report here. Hope you feel better soon! Oh, I've been better since yesterday. Went to the gym today for the first time in 8 days.

I'm still outside the 45 club, looking in... 175.4 (-44.6, dagnabbit it!) Last month has been virtually a flat line for my weight - really, really need to get my exercise levels up

Getting in by rounding? I say thee nay! 174.6 today! That's me back in the club at -45.4, a new low (just), a nett loss of a whole 0.2lbs over the last two weeks / 1 lb over the last 6 weeks. Weight not exactly plummeting, but slooowly easing down

Hey Bert - best wishes for the wedding this weekend - hope you have a great event Thank you. it's already started (the destruction of all my work!. . .meeting a friend for lunch, then picking up friends from the airport tonight for a post 10-pm dinner) -- they all came in from out of town for the wedding, so I HAVE to spend time with them. that said, I *did* get off my butt (and froze my butt off) and just got back from an extra Friday 50 minute walk. so there's that. Didn't weigh myself yet, will do that in a little bit

Week 1 – 259.0
Previously at 257.0 gained 2 pounds because of Vacation, Club Activity, and I just came back from a Water Polo Practice and a 50 Match Schedule begins next week. Matches on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm still a Wing Position #1 and that's what I want. Met my new teammates and they were impressed by my arm strength.

Starting to tick down again, with each day being flat or a loss, rather than oscillating by a couple of pounds. New low today, 173.6 (-46.4)

I told my Water Polo Coach that I'm taken myself out of the competition until further notice. It's may takes 2 weeks before I resume playing again - due to my Father's death.
